Pull up ordered 2 orders of popcorn chicken and a large fries.. get home the pop corn chicken doesn't have any chicken it's literally 2 boxs full of the small crumbs you get at the bottom of frozen bags and the fries are so greasy they basicly became on blob at the bottom of the box... this is disrespectful and a complete scam of charging money for that.....
Update: While the kiosk is not fixed yet, the staff did let me know as I walked up today and took my order this time. Thank you for at least addressing it in that way while the machine was down.Original:I walked up to make an order, and I couldn’t be heard at either of the walk up order kiosks/stations. It got frustrating, so I walked off.If this is fixed the next time I visit, I’ll update my review.
Door dasher here. Never left this store without my food being at least 15 minutes late. And I'm lucky if my order's right. There can be no cars in the drive thru and no cars in the carport and it will still take them 30 minutes just to serve you a burger & drink!
Ordered a Sonic Blast that I didn’t know wasn’t available anymore. The order taker refused to listen to me about not worrying about it and I tried to order a basic item off the desert menu, guy got frustrated and hung up on us telling me to press the button when I’ve figured out what I want when I was telling him very clearly what I wanted - Chocolate Sonic Blast w/ Reese’s. I was never rude or short with the staff here and I alway tip the runners, I’m not a Karen, so to be treated like this really irritates me.
101st/Elm... Ordered online... Pulled into my spot about 20 min ago, sent in my stall number, 14 min ago it said Miles T was on his way with our order... Still no food.Update: Food arrived after 17 minutes, so 23 minutes after we ordered... It was wrong. No utensils, had to walk up to the door to get those.Terrible service... And the workers are lying to corporate cash out our order 17 minutes before they are actually delivering it.

Horrible ? I ordered a bacon toaster and the egg was very old and tough as was the bacon. In addition my french toast sticks were not thoroughly cooked (doughy) and I had to take them back. She took the toast sticks back to put them in the grease again. She then handed the same doughy french toast stick with a bit more crisp around the edges! DO NOT EAT AT THIS SONIC!!!
This place is a dumpster. Always out of things, advertising items they stopped serving months ago, and then without notice they'll only take orders from the app or drive thru. Even when you do order ahead, you often have to wait 15+ minutes here.
Alright sonic what the hell is this. We ordered two breakfast burritos (and more) and this is what they look like? You made this location a drive thru only because I’m assuming you’re understaffed which we totally understand. But if you’re gonna do that then you better take the time to do your job right. This is ridiculous. I work two jobs and we are understaffed at both but I still do both my jobs the correct way. Grabbed food to come home and eat and it’s not even enjoyable. 20 bucks down the drain.
Did not receive lettuce/tomato ordered on gbb burger and did not know until returned home. Fries would have been colder to drive back so just ate them and left burger. No use complaining while businesses are just trying to get staff to work not necessarily do it correctly.
