The worst customer service you can ever expect from teenagers trying to run the place, I ordered my Hamburger and they missed it up. After I go back and tell them that they have missed up my order, I get to deal with the 17 year old with curly hair that things he owns the place and questioned why I didn't like the order even though it was NOT what I ordered. Please Please Please find people that want to work and represent your business. there are people that would kill for a job like what this ungrateful little curly haired P---- is doing, what a shame on SONIC!!!!!!!
I just got a sausage breakfast sandwich and I have never in my life seen bread so soggy. it was terrible and a waste of money. I'd like to know how long it sat there before you served it. I'm on my dinner break and can't even eat now. I will never be back. what a dump
I had a small order today. It took a little longer than it normally would, but because of all the staffing shortages literally everywhere, I honestly didn’t think anything of it. This Sonic location has always been really efficient. When they finally brought out my order, they apologized for the delay. THEN, they ran out again and brought me a coupon for a free Sonic item at this location. They seriously didn’t have to do that! Everyone is short-handed right now! We all have to practice some patience! :) However, that was super kind of the staff at this location. Always smiling, delivering great food in great time! :)
Every. SINGLE. Time. I go to this sonic they screw up my order. Not once, not twice, not three times, every time. That, combined with some of the slowest service around, is what you can expect at this location. The silver lining is that literally any other sonic you go to will be better than this one. Owner needs to fire everyone that works here and hire some people that take some pride in their work.
I waited 10 minutes after pushing the button before I left I would have waited longer but noticed they weren't taking anybody's orders my wife worked at Sonic for a long time so I know they are not following protocols
Came here to order dinner for my family ordered a cheeseburger, hamburger, double bacon cheese burger, and a bacon toaster all with mustard no mayo. Got home and had 4 regular cheeseburgers with only meat and cheese. Store would not answer their phone so I had to drive back over and wait for them to remake the order.
Have gotten order wrong on multiple occasions. Rude to customers, and on the latest occasion had raw fried chicken. Will not be returning to this sonic and advise others to do the same.
I was waiting at the window in the drive thru lane for my order while watching this carhop lady, preparing everyone's food orders onto trays to go out the door to the cars, repeatedly wipe her hand over her nose (with the palm side even)? as if she had the sniffles (it's been cold) and then continue to grab food and stuff bags ?? and then the man at the window taking money was also making beverages without washing his hands in between or wearing gloves and I'm just like heck no! Not with this new strain of covid going around, OR EVER! so I immediately pulled out of the lane and left. Hopefully no one gets sick ?
Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito Combo and it was Superb! The Carhop was very nice and smiled the whole time. Keep up the great work here. See you all again soon.
There is zero standard for sweet tea. It usually tastes like slightly sweetened water. Mozzarella sticks are great but even though marinara is included you'll never get it until you recall a car hop to your stall. Both these gripes are almost universal to any Sonic I visit.
