We just went to this sonic location and when we got home, we picked the bag up and the bottom completely tore in half. All of our food hit the floor board. We called asking for new fries and what happened with the bag and this young lady’s response “It’s not the bag’s fault.” Not even worth wasting our time going back up there. Based on other reviews, it seems that customer service is not their strong suit.

This place needs negative stars. The stall's are always closed so placing a mobile order is pointless when you have to wait 15 min in line to pick it up and are then given half melted half mixed ice cream. The orders are never correct and the response is, sorry for the negative experience.... Bla bla bla. They don't care that it's bad or even want to fix it. Good bye. I will go to literally any of the other restaurants around.

My shake didn't taste right so they made me a new one and were super nice about it. Awesome staff and fast service :)

Went to a stall pushed button. Was told this stall was broken please move to the next one. Same thing happened. So proceeded to go to another stall. This time I was told they were only drive true only at this time. So I left. Also there were other cars in stalls.

Was horrible! My cup had a hole so I pressed the button and did not even let me speak just said sorry drive through only! What is the point I'm Sonic without the stalls? I will take my family somewhere else.

This Sonic constantly has their stalls closed, even for online orders. And when we called to ask if they could bring our order out since we ordered ahead in the app, they told us to either get in the long line that had formed in the 20 minutes we waited in the stalls, or walk up to the door and grab it ourselves. They also saw us sitting out in our car and kept looking at us. The stalls worked fine, the speakers worked fine, and they had 5+ employees during the time that we were there. These employees were just being rude to us and the others that clearly had online orders and were waiting in the stalls (there were four other cars waiting along with us). In the end they didn’t give us a receipt, so we couldn’t report their store directly, but we did get the name of the guy who was rude to us - Dylan.

Friendly service. The quality of my food was very poor. First I asked for no cheese on my burger I just dont like cheese on my burger. There was cheese and i ordered med cheddar bites and they felt like they had been sitting there for awhile they were not fresh

I was sad that they were out of onion rings but the was service was great ??. Especially with how most businesses are short-handed these employees were very nice and attentive. So they should be tipped appropriately and taken care of since most people don't work anymore

We stopped in this Sonic because we had went to Atwoods. The food was not freshly prepared last week (drive-thru was hopping so I am guessing a lot was pre-made for the dinner rush). We we're in a stall. The weight-hop was very professional but the food was not really warm. Instead of pressing the button we just ate it. Also, the mocha shake wasn't mixed correctly (more like dump and lid it). We we're very disappointed in this East Kenosha location.

I used the app for the first time to order. I put in my order at 9:46pm. My husband arrived at 9:53. About 9:55 they brought the food out. He got home about 10:00 pm. Our burgers were so soggy we couldn’t eat them. We have eaten at sonic for many years, we have always enjoyed the food. This was unusual for this sonic and any other sonic for that matter. It’s hard to understand how they could be so soggy!! But the fries were good!
