I work there but I would still recommend this place though.
I ordered a Red Bull slush and when I got it , it was more icey than it was slush which was disappointing but hey , I’ll still take my $4 worth of drink lol. Waited about ten minutes as well On just that
I was a carhop for 7 years so I get it but just because there's only 2 people running the front doesn't mean customer service goes out the window. I had to push the red button several times because the manager kept hanging up. The carhop answered but made me wait almost 5 minutes. There weren't many cars on the lot either. They left out the toy on the kids meal. And my cheese for pretzel. The fries were cold too.
I'm just curious if they ever make a order right everytime I've been here they get at least one thing wrong if not the entire order
Tasted like the burger was at least an hour old. I work as a restaurant manager at a different chain. The quality of food they are serving here is going to make someone sick. I didn't eat it. My tots were edible but that's it. The tater tots still weren't fresh but given they were tots they last longer. Sonic needs to get it together before someone gets food poisoning. I would recommend going somewhere else unless it's for drinks. Which Sonic I'd always good at. Yuck! I will NEVER be back to a single Sonic again. Period.
HAIR IN FOOD!Food was super sloppy and to make it worse there were TWO strands of hair lodged in the food. Don’t buy from here you’re better off going somewhere else. Cannot explain how disgusted I am. Sonic do better, get some hair nets?
Nightmare wait. Made mistake of ordering on the app so they had the money and I had an hour wait. Food was fresh but I literally stood at the front door talking to a manager and watching to get served.
On a Sat night at 9pm, in Broken Arrow, OK.... Sonic was the ONLY PLACE OPEN!!! Thanks Sonic it was hot, fresh, tasted great and everything was all there.
Used the drive thru to grab some quick breakfast on my way in to work. The lady that took my order was VERY pleasant, repeated my order and double checked to see if I need anything else (condiments, french toast) then proceeded to tell me to have a good day! Once I approached the window to get my order, she introduced herself, repeated my order, and asked if I needed any condiments. She had the brightest smile on her face and it just made my day! I get my order and proceed to drive off. Well, I forgot to get my card back after paying. Yes, she forgot to hand it to me but ultimately I am responsible for my card. She came barreling out of the building, card in hand, smile on her face and a huge apology! All this to say THANK YOU MICHELLE! These five stars are for you! I hope you have a great day!!
Always fast and always correct. My favorite sonic to visit. There is one closer but would rather drive a little further to go here.
