I'm convinced that the only way this store is over 4 stars is because it's the only one in the area. Everytime we request a modification as simple as no onions on something, it almost always comes out wrong. No matter how many times we elaborate. On top of that, the ingredients (especially the bread) looks and tastes terrible and expired.
drivethru closed at 935 came by to eat (we dont usally eat there but knew 10:00 pm they close drivethru) and NO SIGN NOTHING TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY CLOSED EARLY. IS THIS HOW U RUN YOUR Business BC IF IT IS YOU WONT HAVE MY Business TO EAT THERE? if you cant keep your hr dont expect customers to come back.
The online order and pick up system said they were closed. I ordered two bowls of soup, got charged for two bowls but received two cups. It's kind of a long drive to fix plus they were closed when I got home. The sandwiches were good. My husband misses the the Pastrami and Swiss on Rye. Two large and one medium sandwich with two bowls of soup are $45, pretty pricey. You hate for them to mess up your order for that price.
Great service, food great, took half home for dinner, first time here, will go again, Merv H.
My favorite sandwich restaurant! They have done great adding things to their menu. I still love the Albuquerque turkey the best!
Ordered two sandwich trays, the order was perfect, they even provided plates and tongs. Excellent service.
Worst ever. Came for fresh sandwich and hot bowl of soup. Left with old heated sandwich and cold soup. This place disappoints everytime.
This store has been drive through only for months. It's sad they can't pay employees enough to work. Won't be visiting again until they can pay staff a livable wage. Not a big fan of donations to big corporate.
Have been a long time customer of Schlotzsky's in BA and before that in Tulsa. Decades long. Pandemic caused huge disruptions and many places had to adapt. Sadly, they used it as an excuse to downgrade everything. Even as recently as a week ago, could not get menu items that have been standards for decades! And just try to buy a large potato soup now! Not gonna happen - they will sell only the side order version. In addition to the fact that they have changed the bread recipe a few years ago, the 'thrill' is gone.
Wanted to eat out tonight. Apparently, the dining room is closed. Not sure why, but we went somewhere else.
