This was our first time eating here at Broken Arrow, or any Russo’s for that matter. The pizza was phenomenal! We got half Hawaiian and half doppio pepperoni. The crust was delicious. More importantly, the service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly. Our server, Livia, took great care of us! She was very attentive and super friendly! She kept our glasses full and checked on us often. If you eat here, ask for Livia! You’ll be glad you did! Oh yeah…don’t forget dessert!

We came in to Russo’s for the second time tonight. The first time it was great, but the second was even more amazing. The pizza was delicious and I couldn’t recommend the tiramisu more, it was so good. But what made the visit so amazing was the excellent service. We never had an empty cup and Livia was so kind and friendly. We will definitely be requesting her when we come back and recommend you do the same!

We enjoyed our meal, very clean place and our service was great!!

Kara was a great server. The level of service she provided is hard to find. She made great suggestions and the food was great. We will be back soon.

We haven’t found anything on the menu that isn’t amazing!!! The atmosphere is relaxing and can accommodate a family or romantic setting. The staff is always amazing! Seriously, whatever training they’re giving their employees shows throughout your whole experience. Jayden was our waiter tonight and he was personable, professional, communicative and had a working knowledge about the menu. This is one of our favorite places to go! The tomato basil soup is absolutely the best appetizer with their amazing bread! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

This place is so good! Michelle was the best waitress ever! You want some great food come here!!

Host Jacob was very attentive and polite. Food was again excellent. service and atmosphere great. 5 stars again

We sat at the bar. We opted to sit at the bar because otherwise it would have been a 30 minute wait.Like most places, tables were empty but, not enough staff to keep all tables open. Bartenders were great but busy. Place was packed, servers were overwhelmed. We ordered salads with our meal. Salads came out about 5 mins before entrees, not leaving us much time to finish/enjoy the salads. We ordered pasta entrees and both pastas were overcooked but had good flavor. Overall, our rating of 2 star rating reflects price vs overall experience. We both ordered 1 drink each (2 total) plus pasta entrees and our tab was over $70. I would opt for Olive Garden any day.Side note - if you are looking for a great whiskey selection, this is the bar for you! Owner is a whiskey lover and they have a wonderful selection!

Love the ambiance and the food and service were excellent! Highly recommend! Noah was our waiter and he was friendly, helpful and an excellent server!

We've been several times. But this time was different. As a handicapped customer, it's so important to have a safe way to get around. Upon arrival, snow removal for all of the handicapped locations near the building. And no snow removal from parking lot stepping up to sidewalk area. I mentioned it to both the manager on duty and our waiter. On a positive note. Colton and my spouse helped steady me to allow me to navigate the unstable terrain.
