Come on guys, do better. This location and the one on riverside. We finally have said enough. No one acknowledges you while standing in the lobby and then the service is Terrible. We eat out about 12 times a week but this is being removed from our rotation. We understand the current market but have a manager stand up front to see people.

4 of us went in for dinner on a Tuesday, it was less than 25% full. Our waitress asked if we wanted our burgers with some pink or no pink and if we wanted fries as an appetizer. We said yes to the appetizer and ordered cheese fondue to go with them. We said 2 burgers pink and 1 very pink. About 5 minutes later the cheese on due came out but the fries did not. We made eye contact with the waitress and she walked the other way, twice and never checked on us until our burgers came out. When the burgers came out and we asked for a new cheese fondue since it was completely completely cold and explain the fries never came out. Our waitress seemed very nervous and mentioned it was her 1st week back from school. So we tried the hamburgers and three were well done and the fourth was burned and half our fries were cold and soggy. Since the waitress was so nervous before, we didn't bother to mention how poorly our food was cooked. We ate what we could manage to, paid and left. I would hate to see how poorly things go on the weekend.

I’ve been forced to eat here a few times in the past month since I moved here and am not in a house yet. I eat here for the gluten free and have had Red Robin in many states. I am going to avoid going to this location unfortunately. The three times I have gone the food is just ok. This time if you see my picture they just put a half an avocado on the bottom under the patty and the fries were old. I also don’t like that it tries to make you order through automated over the phone. I have only felt like one of the three people I dealt with was personable. The experience there is just meh. Underwhelming and expensive.

All the staff was very attentive. We told our waiter that we were in a hurry and he made sure that we had our food in time for us to eat and and leave by the time we needed to. Our water glasses never got empty. The restaurant was very clean and the noise level was comfortable. Burgers were very good and the bottomless fries were excellent. We hadn't been to a Red Robin in a long time but we will go back soon.

The service wasn’t bad but if I was a sever I never would have brought the burger and fries I received. The burger had a have piece of bacon on it and looked like it was dropped on the floor and stepped on, Red Robin also does bottomless fries which we never received but the ones that came with my burger were burnt broken into pieces and smashed. I will never eat there again, usually a manger checks on tables but I never saw one. Oh well just one more awful experience at a restaurant in broken arrow. Not sure what the deal is but Oklahoma has brought some of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

We are regular customers here at this location, however yesterday we came and ate lunch and had a new server who’s name I think is Christine. And OMG she is super sweet and kind. She cared a lot about our well being and how we felt during our visit. She did a phenomenal job serving my daughter and I, when we come back we are definitely requesting her. She is our favorite for sure, as stated earlier we are regular customers here, but never really felt at home until now. Christine was very welcoming and made our visit so delightful! That girl could have sold me the lamp shade if she wanted too. She’s very good at selling drinks and appetizers (which we normally don’t do) thanks again Christine, will definitely look for you in the future!!!!

The food is good but equal to other gourmet places. The service in this particular location has really declined. I just returned after not having been there at some time because of a previous problem I had. I sent a note about the challenge I had and it was never addressed. I really think the leadership here just does not care.

I have been going to Red Robin for close to 25 years now. I'm a member of your reward program. Last night on our way home we stopped into your Broken Arrow restaurant. We waited well over 5 minutes and no hostess ever showed up, so we sat ourselves and several wait staff including the manager looked over at us and didn't say a thing or come over. So we wait 5 more minutes and I walk over to the kitchen. I asked for a manager and he came over with a very bad attitude, I asked if we could be waited on and he said we sat in a closed section. I asked to move my wife to an open section and went to the restroom and came back out and no had even talked to my wife yet. She asked for the manager and he was very rude to her. We were done and will not go to that restaurant again as long as that very rude little manager is working there. I'm not sure what it will take to get me back into a Red Robin.
