They serve ants in their sprite!
I guess I’m a bit old fashion but I feel like you should get respect when you spend money at a local business. Went through the drive-in a few days ago and was talked to like I was a teenager and didn’t appreciate it. Besides that I couldn’t even understand what he was saying. Can’t you talk normal and take my order? Then they want to charge extra for their sauce. I called the store to talk to the manager but never received a phone call back so I called the corporate customer service and they told me it was the culture of raising canes. While they have pretty good chicken I won’t be spending any money at raising canes anymore.
I have frequented this particular Raising Canes and at this point, I’m about to start raising cane! How is it that I spend $30 to have raw or undercooked fries? And normally I just deal with the ignorance and throw away the depressing fries, but at this point, I’m no longer going to support this location. A lot of the employees are nice but that kitchen needs to figure it out. Would you wanna eat raw or undercooked food that you spent your money on?! If not, why give it to someone else?! It’s super disrespectful and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else…..
This used to be a pretty good place to pick up a fast meal of chicken strips but they’ve changed. For $10.00 I got 3 very small chicken nuggets, soggy fries and soggy toast. No longer a good dining out option.
The best chicken tenders!!! It's not processed chicken pieces formed into a nugget but real chicken tenders. The breading is crispy and just the right amount. Of course you HAVE to dunk 'em in the Canes sauce too. Only complaint is that they aren't local where we live but it's sure worth the drive!!
This is absolutely hands down the best location. Especially if you eat inside the lobby. Always fresh and hot. Clean facility. Great management. Highly recommended!
Great food and the fastest fast food I've been to. Even with the drive through line being all the way around the building, it took little time to receive my order.
I really like their chicken fingers, sauce and lemonade. I just wish they had a way to buy the chicken without the fries and coleslaw, I never eat them but I love the chicken.
Best fast food chicken establishment hands down. Menu is pretty cut and dry with basically 2 options: chicken strips and chicken strip sandwich. Chicken and fries are always cooked to perfection. And their sauce, oh my God, their sauce... it's so good. Lemonade and iced tea are delicious and fresh brewed/made. Drive thru is always fast.
When I say I had had a DAY I'm not joking. I had to get a few family heirlooms from my very very very VERY abusive ex and I didn't get it all. I was very shaken up about how he had brought several guys over and they just watched me and my girls. It was very anxiety inducing. I wanted a steak but my friend who was helping me said she thought chicken was good steak and I had never been to Canes like ever. We walked in and even though it was quite late and the staff who greeted us was male (we were terrfied) even I felt safe and welcomed through my severe anxiety. I was shaking, on the verge of tears, stressed out and scared. They took our order nicely, severed the food quickly. Now I have never in my life liked anything with mayo in it besides deviled eggs. However I'm pretty sure they're special sauce has mayo in it and I loved it. I'm a very very picky eater on top of that I was and still am very sick (it's not covid I was tested) so I had to be careful but the sauce was amazing. The meat was bursting with juice (you'll definitely need a napkin or two) fries were amazing. I prefer soggy fries but these matched the meal perfectly and come on, it's fries and they have lives beyond my fries, so I said nothing and was content. We barely could eat but we really tried to shake off that bad juju and they were polite which really helped. Plus the manager is pretty cute. Overall for being my very first Canes experience, the amount of stress and fear and anxiety and panic was really soothed. We stayed until before closing time and never felt rushed at all. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has mental health problems or are just going through a really tough time and I plan to visit soon again it was that nice
