Ordered online at 5 and everything was confirmed. Show up to pick up order, no one around and store closed, when online says they were open. Supposedly a staffing issue but drove to pick up and left empty handed. There are 4-5 Qdoba in Tulsa and I know 3-4 are ‘Temporarily’ closed don’t waste your time.

I rarely leave reviews… the staff were very nice and accommodating but the restaurant was just SO SO SOOOO filthy I lost my appetite and couldn’t even eat inside. The booster chair looked like it had never been cleaned and the high chairs were covered in rice and food. Absolutely disgusting. The trash cans had a ring of filth and food. I left immediately. The bathrooms were filthy too. The heating was lacking. The food was cold. This used to be my favorite spot 10 years ago but it has gone downhill quickly.
Workers worked very hard and fast to get our order completed. Very kind as well! Will definitely eat here again
I have started driving to the Broken Arrow location since the others in Tulsa have shut down. I am so happy they have continued to keep this store open. The food is always fresh and the staff are very friendly! I went to give a special shout out to Tammy, she is so kind and always greets me with a smile! She goes above and beyond even when she is making orders by herself and others are in line. I can tell Tammy takes pride in her job and making sure her customers are satisfied. I truly hope her manager values her as an employee. Thank you for your kindness, Tammy!

What's the point in online orders if you still have to wait 20 minutes to get your food. Only 2 employees working is not enough. Went to Chipotle and they had at least 10. Management needs to fix this.
