I have been here a few times and had great experiences but today I ordered an 8 piece meal and it was listed for one price. When I got to the window she was charging me close to 30 dollars and when I asked why so much, she said there was a prive increase. But it was a lower price at the drive through menu. She didn’t give me a recipt for the order.
Everytime I’ve gone here I have waited 20+ minutes for food. I had not only have had to wait. But today I made a mobile order. Was told should be 5 minutes and full forward (usual), everyone in the drive through after me got their food. I finally went inside after waiting a long time and everyone noticed they forgot about our order and was running around screaming “fuck”. I was handed my food by the manager and no apologies where given just a nasty attitude. This place really needs to step up their professionalism and time management.
Food was good. Bag was a little wet on bottom. They are hiring so wait was a little longer for the food. We both had the flounder sandwich which was tasty. It's not a big deal but they had my spicy flounder in the bag with wife's fries and her reg flounder with my mashed potatoes in that bag.
Overpriced!!! $24 for 8 chicken strips, 4 dry biscuits and 1 large less than a pint side supposed to feed four!!!! No f'ing way!!! We will NEVER go back!!! I had to cook more food for sides to feed our family of 4 and we all got 2 chicken strips each. What a joke!!!!
I used to love Popeye's but haven't been there for a while. Had a craving for their spicy chicken so drove over there to get some. Well, it was pretty disappointing. The chicken was really dry ... Overcooked, I think. I will say that the beans and rice were very good. But I probably won't be back to this location.
I tend to ask for the spicy mayo (from the chicken sandwich) to be put in a cup so I can use it with my spicy tenders. They are always able to accommodate even if I may need to remind them at the drive thru.Food quality is one of the better as far as drive through situations go.
Had double order the first one was done shortly upon arriving. The second was big order but they made it fairly quickly added the items requested sealed the bag with drink carrier. Everyone did a great job and working hard. Good experience would definitely go back!
We came here for my grandsons 11th birthday..my 1st time here and it was very good.
Waited at the drive-thru speaker for 7 minutes without being acknowledged and 3 more cars behind me. I asked a worker taking out trash if they were still open since no one was taking my order so I pulled up to the window nice girl took my order because the person who was supposed to apparently took their headset off and was doing other things. Fries were cold and sandwich was very dry, barely had any mayo and only 1 pickle probably won't be back to this location
One of our favorite fast food places. The sides are decent, but we always go back to red beans and rice! They are very good! Spicy chicken sandwich is THE sandwich by which all others are judged...and found wanting! Cannot believe people actually eat the Chic-Fil-whatever over this one! I have had plenty of the other guy's over the years and will only do that now if cannot find a Popeye's around!
