I called in the order and specified few times that we need a large stuffed crust veggie lover minus olives and add jalapeno. But still it came in wrong with a meat lovers for the pizza. Then i had to wait for my pizza for ever. By that time we lost our appetite to eat the pizza what we anticipated to eat for sunday supp... This kind of services we have been getting it for last few months from this store . We been ordering from this store over 20 yrs. Lately it is going down from its quality of the product and the service. Sad very sad.
my pizza was late and cold . free pizza does kinda taste better.
Upon order I was told 55 minutes for delivery. After waiting 1.25 hours I called to follow up on my order A Rude teenager stated their delivery time is 2 hours. Over 2 hours later still no pizza. Called again and was told they are waiting for the next driver to pick it up. Had to cancel my order. The last time I ordered from this Pizza Hut I ordered pickup and had to wait 45 min after my pickup time. Never again! DO NOT FREQUENT THIS PIZZA HUT!
They forgot a portion if my order and while calling in about it the experience was absurd and frustrating to say the least. In short have better customer service and double check your orders before you send them out for delivery.
ordered a pizza online went to the store with confirmation and was greeted by could not care less attitude & told that they had no order so no pizza for me. order # that did not exist is 3211208163653001433038427 placed at 4:36 on 12/08. next visit is not likely to happen.
I ordered online. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I was there on time and had to wait a while for my order. It sounded like the staff was arguing over my order. The lady who handed it to me at the window was extremely rude. We like Pizza Hut but will need to find a different location.
You need more staff. I waited an hour in line and never got my food. I ordered online 30 minutes before I arrived, so after an hour and a half, I canceled my order.
Worker did not give my wife our complete order when she picked it up in the drive through lane. When I called and told the boy answering the phone that he had shorted us an order of wings he hung up three times, denied it once and simply could not be communicated with. Communication with this PH site is always confused and frustrating and this time they were just over the line. They seem either understaffed or very disorganized. Simple courtesy and getting the order right is all we ask. PH failed badly this time.
The pizza is yummy, the order came quickly, and the delivery person was friendly.
