I bought $125 worth of pizza and asked for packets of peppers and cheese and was told I could only buy them for a $1 each. Has anyone ever experienced such a thing at a pizza restaurant? What’s next are they going to charge extra if you want salt and pepper?I think I’m done with Pizza Hut especially this location.I received a call from the manager. It is their policy to charge for the Parmesan and pepper packets. They said it was “corporate policy”.So funny I got pizza around the corner from their location tonightand I have enough cheese and pepper packets to last a year. I didn’t even ask for them?
The service industry is gone! You can’t go in the door but there’s nothing that tells you how you’re supposed to pay for your food or what the process is. You finally figure out you have to drive through but if you were planning on using the restroom forget about it you didn’t pay for that. They use the excuse that they don’t have enough people for their lobby to be open. One of the managers told me they almost doubled the revenue when they close down the lobby so I’m not sure they have motivation to hire people to provide the ones good service that they used to have.
I ordered the triple treat box. Paid extra for both pizzas to be specialty pizzas. The delivery took about 15-20 minutes after the expected delivery time, and also got, not just one, but BOTH pizzas wrong. One was a basic pepperoni, and the other a basic sausage. They didn't taste fresh either...like they had been sitting out for a bit. The one good thing that I applaud is how they handled it when we called to give feedback. Once we confirmed the order was wrong, they immediately made the correct order for us. It arrived correct and fresh...just unfortunate it was the 2nd attempt.
Our online order was easy! It was convenient to just pick up at the window. Our food was hot when we got home. The lady at the window was very nice. Food was yummy.
The triple treat box is not a box. Also, the toppings were carelessly tossed on the pizza. Our sausage pizza only had a sausage on about half of the pizza, and the Supreme toppings were all over the place. I won't be eating here again.
The Pizza Hut at 71st and County Line is NASTY and has horrible service. First off, I placed my order at 10AM that day for a 530PM pickup. I arrived at 5:20 and was told it would be 7-10 minutes. No problem. I pull around and park in front of the locked lobby doors (due to short staffing), and the line cook, wearing gloves while making the pizza, is grabbing food off a paper plate on the line, and shoveling it in her mouth, then continues to make the pizza, with no change of gloves. That is disgusting. Second, I drive back up to the pickup window at 5:34 and am then told that my pizza has not even made it in the oven due to only have 1 cook (a.k.a. the lady eating food on the prep line). The cashier then handed me the completed breadsticks and asked if we wanted them. No! We got a refund for the entire order. I would not want just breadsticks, and they would be cold before my pizza was even done!
Ordered 2 medium pizzas and it take 3 hours for delivery? Service at this location is pathetic. Recommend ordering somewhere else!
I ordered pizza at 5:00 for deliveryThe call center said 30 minutes for deliveryAfter they had to put in my order three different times6:00 and the pizza is still not hereI call the number and get the call center-go through the situation -asking them to check to see where our pizza is at-to be disconnectedThis happened three more times before it went through to the local store I ordered fromThey said your pizza is the next to leave the storeIt’s been an hour since I ordered the pizzaThey said you were quoted 75 minutes through the call center and I said they quoted 35 minutesThis is the second time we have had issues with using delivery through pizza hut! Last time we ordered they said 35 minutes and 1 1/2 hours later we got a hold of the store and they said your pizza hasn’t even been made yet- we are short on drivers (which I understand) but we should have been told that so we could have came to the store to pick up the pizza!
It was a fantastic pizza. Perfect sauce to cheese ratio ? ?. I gated my pizza hut in my hometown but the one here redeemed my love for it.
I will no longer buy pizza hut pizza. We placed an order at 6:11 and it's now 7:45 and STILL NO PIZZA!! We literally live 1/2 mile from thus restaurant. We should have done carry out. I called to find out where it was and I got an I'm sorry and you can have a $15 credit. But yeah...probably not going to use!!
