This location is just not good anymore. And that really stinks because it's very convenient. Ordered two pizzas online light sauce one cheese one bacon and pepperoni the cheese was all burnt up there was so much sauce oozing out the pizza it's gross. This isn't the only time it's been bad this is the third time and the next time it's a different location ?
Again someone put extra cheese on my pizza when I clearly clicked extra sauce and regular cheese. I hate when it has to much cheese. I wish pizza hut would do my simple cheese pizza right and as requested.
Didn’t even cut my pizza but the guy doing the orders was literally the most awesome guy ever. Definitely headed back.

Short staffed. My pizzas sat for almost 10 minutes on the rack just outside the oven. Manager had to stop his work to call in another worker, I assume on break. I immediately advised the employee that my pizzas were done and needed to be boxed. He was confused by my order and argued with me as I had tried via the website to redeem points for beadsticks. I clicked on redeem and assumed I ordered them. But they were not made as I "never ordered them". Manager told me the 75 points were still in my account, were never removed. I asked for a raincheck as my points are set to expire. After all this discussion they finally boxed my pizzas. They were warm, not hot.

Classic Pizza Hut taste. On time as scheduled online. Courteous service at the drive-up window. John, the operator, ensuring that an employee was serving us.
We live down the street from here we order at least once a week. The pizza is usually great and fresh employee are friendly.
Pizzas were baked well and had the correct toppings. Flavor was great and the service was very efficient.
Every time I order a thin and crispy pizza, it is always thin and soggy or thin and limp. This time I went back to the restaurant to have it remade because it was terrible.
