The pizza was absolutely delicious hot out of the oven. The staff was extremely helpful and full of information about ways to bake my pizza. The drive thru behind the building on the north side was convenientThey share a building with a chiropractor so the 71st St door on the south is the Dr & Papa Murphy's door is on the west side of the building. I will definitely be back. Thank you for making PIZZA TASTY AGAIN PAPA MURPHYS!
We just placed an order from your Broken Arrow, OK, location. We ordered a bbq chicken pizza, removing the bacon and adding pineapple. The pineapple was added but the bacon was left on AND sausage was also added. We do not eat pork so we could not eat this pizza. The ONLY thing this location would do was say they could remake the pizza if we brought the messed up one back. No compensation for our time or anything even though we told them we live 12 miles away so it's basically wasting an hour of our time and a gallon of gas. We finally were able to get a refund for the cost of the pizza with no pizza being remade so while we save an hour of our time we don't have a pizza to eat. This is entirely unacceptable customer service and really makes us question ever ordering from Papa Murphy's again.
Love the quick service and the ability to take home a pizza I can cook when I am ready to.
The Broken Arrow location is always clean and the staff are always friendly. John is great. He is always kind and very interactive and pays attention to detail. Today the computer system was down and when it came up they had over 20 orders to fill along with walk-[ins. They stayed calmed and worked through it. I will definitely be back. Great job !! Great pizza!!
My go to pizza place. The sauce is good, lots of toppings on the supreme (called Papa's Favorite) and I don't have to worry about the pizza not being ready or being ready too quickly and cold by the time I get it home. I love their thin crust, too!
NIGHTMARE!!!! Never again! We walked in to buy a pizza, took my husbands order, then told him you have to call it in. Apparently, you have to call when they’re busy. Who knew.Then my husband asked for a refund and wouldn’t give it to him until we threatened to call the police. Papa Joh’s may have decent pizza but their employees are PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE.DONT GO HERE! If you do, you will be very sorry.
Pizzas and deserts were as good as always, but this location desperately needs more workers. One person running the whole establishment makes for very long wait times.
It was good but my pizza was premade. I understand why they do it that way but I enjoy watching them put it together.
Super happy with my experience with Papa Murphy's pizza! Very friendly and pleasant employees. Wonderful atmosphere positive and encouraging music playing. The employees were super friendly made you feel very comfortable when waiting for your pizza. They were also very helpful with helping me find what I wanted.Thank you so very much.
It is actually located on the side of the building. I almost missed it! Good service and good pizza! Their gluten free is very good!
