No idea how this place has four stars. I understand accidents happen, three times in a row however with orders have been wrong.The worst part about it, is whenever you call in to ask a question you get put on hold for 15 minutes. Unfortunately I’m not exaggerating.Save your money and time, Go somewhere else

Just got a large Supreme from elm st location Original crust looks like it was just thrown together not good also Skimmed on the toppings,think am going back to Mazzio or Domino's.
I will do NO business with papa johns. They keep their stores open in Russia whose army kills women and children and commits horrible war crimes in Ukraine.
We ordered pizza for delivery and we waited all night and it hasn’t been delivered, my kids were mad and went to sleep hungry.So bad service and manager and will never order again.

I have no idea how this place has 4 stars. Over 2 hrs for a pizza. Was hung up on over and over and over. (Looking at the reviews this is standard operating procedure) I decided to drive up and confront the manager. He proceeded to inform me that I was not hung up. At that time he became irate and unwilling to talk. Will not be using this location.
One too many times we've had our pizza take over 2 hours for an update. This time, we sat on "55-60 min eta" for 2 hours before we tried to call and cancel.Just like the other reviews said, they would just immediately hang up the phone on us. Corporate refused to assist with a refund/cancellation.We gave up, got something else, and somehow our pizza showed up 3 and a half hours later.Avoid for now, this location just isn't cutting it anymore.
