So far every time we've been to this location, the food has been excellent. The caesar salad and bowl of chicken noodle soup is a perfect lunch. Their bagels are soft, full of flavor and make an excellent breakfast treat! The flavored cream cheese makes them extra yummy. I pick up a dozen to share with my co-workers occasionally and we snack on them throughout the day. Their lemonade with agave sweetener is my favorite drink.
Was absolutely the worst Panera experience yet. We really like Panera Bread. Our order was incomplete and the Napa Chicken salad sandwich was more bread than sandwich. Wife was disappointed with her grilled mac & cheese sandwich but felt she should have known better and my service dog Tucker's order was no where to be found.Very Disappointed... Panera you are better than what you served up today...
We go here from time to time, service is Never great. Seems they have poor management or district management is poor or both. Today there was about 6-7 employees they kept helping others who walked in after us. Then asked can I help you and the lady that asked walked off as she saw someone she knew and said hey Matt and helped him leaving us still standing. Horrible lack of service.

Alays enjoy my visit here. Nice employees good food. Had the bistro frenc onion in a sourdough bowel. Great lunch on a cold day.
I go to this Panera before work quite often. The staff is so friendly and helpful and patient! Today, when I had a minor error on my order, I called to ask if I could run by for a new sandwich, and they were so kind to accommodate and fix the situation quickly and easily! So thankful for this store!
Fast and nice service. You need to stand in line at this location, though. They've removed the ordering machines and the microwave (to warm the bread yourself).
Love Panera! The staff is great! Food is amazing They may have slightly messed up our order, but I tell you they went above and beyond to make it up! Great job to the staff and the management team to staff such amazing people!
I’m sorry - this is why I don’t go to Panera. Poor customer service. I was the only customer waiting to order and it was several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I got the Caesar salad to go and a cup of chili. When they brought it to me i asked if silverware was in the bag and they said yes. I got to the hotel- no silverware. The piece of bread was loose in the paper bag with the chili that had dried chili on the side of the container from when it was poured in. The salad was lettuce and some sliced chicken with a few croutons. The two dressing cups were only half full. I ended up pouring the chili on the salad to get a full meal. Don’t recommend.
