What's the point of taking online orders if you are going to wait until I get there to then let 6 people order infront of me and only make my food when I have to say I want to cancel my order! If I would have known waiting in the walk in like would be faster then pre ordering and paying for my food I would have done that. The having to again wait because all the people you let go Infront of me order orange chicken so it was all gone. Do away with online ordering until you have more staff to do it correctly.
This was my first ever Panda Express experience. Low points include burnt wontons, fried rice that was only kinda fried rice, and a ten minute wait after we paid at drive thru. Maybe they shouldn't have a drive thru service? Pei Wei doesn't. But if they're going to have it then I feel like ten minutes is a bit of while to wait.
It’s been ages since I visited a Panda Express. I saw one the other day and stopped in. I was in and out within like five minutes? It was great. The five stars are for the express part of Panda Express. The Chinese food was adequate, but the speed made it exceptional. If you’re looking for fast and convenient, this is probably one of the better options in the area.Though, if you’re looking for the best Chinese in BA, I would encourage you to give China One a shot. It can be a little bit of a wait, though.
Great food, love orange chicken, and walnut shrimp. Very busy, but line moved fast.
They have the best food ? super yummy and a good price for the amount of food they give you! Excellent service ? ?
We ordered online and arrived to pick up our order more than an hour and a half before close. They were completely out of several dishes with apparently no plans to make more. Our daughter left with no food because the choices were so limited. Really bad experience and unfortunately not the first at thus location.
Great food. Good customer service. Always have all the menu items ready
The reason it deserves two stars is the attitude of the staff, it's like they don't want you to even come at 5 during the dinner rush??? The food is actually nice and the cooks bring it out on time at 5 for the dinner rush. However the lobby is closed 3 or 4 days a week so you can never sit down and enjoy the freshness of it... Attitude is everything and the people running the line should just look for a new job if they don't like it. Go to college idk but dont throw food around and give bad service because you had a bad day...
Panda express has always been good although no one I know enjoys it I'm not sure why but I can always have a plate of panda express one thing I really dislike about panda is every single location is much much different hell the one in broken arrow still doesn't have an open lobby and it's one of the only ones that don't have an open lobby right now but I can always go in and get decent food.
Went in at 9:40, I'd just gotten off work across the street. I took one step in and nicely said "Hello," and before I could even see that they didn't have anything on the line, the lady at the front rudely pulled down her mask and simply just said "Closed." They're supposed to close at 10pm and it was 9:40, as I stated above. Literally writing this in my car after I left. I understand being frustrated and wanting to close as soon as possible because I work in food service too, but that's plain lazy. And she had poor customer service skills. I wouldn't be complaining or leaving a bad review if she had been nicer and said something like "I'm sorry ma'am, we're closed."
