Service was great! My daughter got fettuccine Alfredo that was so dry it was awful! I got the 5 large cheese filled noodles that were hard on the outside, I bet they didn't have a tablespoon of sauce on them, prices have gone up, quality has gone down drastically!! If I could I would give this experience negative 5, the only good thing was the service, sadly I will never go back because the quality definitely is not worth the price!!!
As good as people proclaim this restaurant to be, I must say I was relatively disappointed. None of the food was bad, but nothing really stood out. The only props I will give them is that the cheese sticks were good and the bread sticks and salad were on par with what people said. The actual entrees on the other hand is surprisingly where they was lacking for me. The service was great but the experience really felt lacking. I will probably go again out of obligation, but not free will.
I debated about writing this, but as a former business owner, and current ‘mystery shopper’, I think management would want to know…. We’re in line straight up 11am to grab lunch… front foyer had some thing sticky on the floor- !? From the night before? Ok, no problem…we get to our table-and ( when even my husband notices) we can’t put our menus down because the table had cheese all over - but our AMAZING girl, Jami, saw immediately, and was ON IT!!! She was fabulous, and, our most favorite dishes were made to perfection- which will keep me coming back…. But, guys-PLEASE check out yourbathroom that smelled like sewer, and even after telling the hostess, I noticed the dirty tile floor on the way back out. Once I started looking, I couldn’t stop- tile was dirty throughout. Better next time- I hope this helps- as you would have flunked a mystery shopper-hands down!
Last time we went in no one bothered to wait on us. We asked a random waitress for drinks and ordered an appetizer off the tablet at the table. We got our appetizer and still no server. We finished our appetizer, still no server and decided to just leave. We couldn’t pay on the tablet, so we left cash on the table and walked out. We won’t be returning.
We had a nice family dinner..its rare to have all of our kids together for dinner. Our waitress was very sweet, and made sure we had anything we needed. All in all this was a great outing and with temperatures being 24° it was nice to sit down to hot soup, and the famous breadsticks&salad! Spaghetti &Meatballs, Chicken Alfredo, chicken &gnocchi soup! Such a nice time..we personally like this one in our top 2 olive garden's to go withing the metropolitan area.
Gabriel was our waiter. As crazy busy as the restaurant was, he was amazing. He was always there checking to make sure our drinks were filled and our food was good. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to him. The smile on his face after I told him he was nothing shy of excellent was absolutely refreshing. Thank you for making My birthday dinner that much better.
The waiting line to get seated was very long. There is a reason for that. Their food is awsome and everyone seemed to know it. There were great throngs of people that would come in and discover a 50 minute wait and leave. We got in line on line so we only had to wait 20 min when we arrived. It was well worth the wait. The place was packed out and staff was working hard to keep up. Somehow, it all worked beautifully. Unfortunately, I ate way too much of that signature salad they make and barely got much of my main entree eaten before I got full. It will make a great lunch. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful dining experience. We went a little overboard because it was my wife's birthday. They made her birthday dinner very special. Thank you very much to the Olive Garden.
I was sad to see Olive Garden has taken a lot of my favorite items off the menu since my last visit, but of course there's not much one location in the chain can do about it. This location is very clean and comfortable, with excellent service, and my meal was deliciously cheesy. All told we had a nice time and would come again.
A couple weeks ago my husband and I had a not so great experience with Olive Garden to go. I contacted Olive Garden and let them know what happened. A few days later I got a phone call from the new general manager, Edgar. He went above and beyond to make things right and he made no excuses for the way we were treated before. We went back tonight and had a much better experience!!!! I am very happy that they have Edgar, the new GM who believes in excellent customer service!
Here's why I like Olive Garden, they are always placing new items on the menu or re-inventing the menu. The salad is always good. Usually the service is excellent but the waitress was off.. Never refilled our waters, offered the dessert menu, acted like she didn't know the menu... Otherwise, it was good.
