This is an overall review of the place. It was our first time there.Food was good, nice and hot. Food came out in a timely matter, portions were good for the price. They treated my wife well for her birthday and sang for her birthday, and gave her a free dessert. Service was great, this part of it was 4 or 5 stars overall.Place was in decent shape and looked ok, where I think improvements could be made, is their bathrooms and the comfortabilty of the place. The air conditioning either wasn't working well or they had it set on like 78 or 80, cause everyone in our group was hot and literally sweating. Bathrooms had no hot water, for hand washing and the urinal didn't flush. No access to paper towels with only a hand dryer avalible.
Wow this place has gone down hill. Service is slow. Food is all luke warm at best and it looks like they just threw it on the plate. The server certainly threw it on our table when they delivered it. It seems like they are rushing everything and the overall experience has suffered.
Food is always delicious. Portions have shrunken quite a bit. I'd rather pay a little more for what I usually received. But all in all great staff and great food.
My overall experience with Mr. Mambos is a good one. The food is solid, I enjoy the guacamole. The only reason it isn’t five stars is I wasn’t able to be sat on the patio. Aside from that, all the previous times have been adequate and free of issues.
We eat here quite often. The food is always good, and the service is very good A+. They have large booths that easily seat our family.
Picking up doordash order place was not overly busy about 9pm Friday. I was promptly greeted and told name of order. Another guy came in picking up his takeout order they knew him. I waited about 8 min or so the doordash app obviously wrong saying order ready not quite lol. Finally guy comes out with order I asked if name he gives. It's wrong order so I flag him back show him it's wrong name. He apologized and went back waiting another few minutes here he comes I ask again he assured me right one. I check receipt and it's right one entree I left. That was major error if they didn't have receipt I'd delivered wrong item to customer. Then they have to call doordash to get fixed. Once we deliver order it's gone and we can't talk to customer shortly after being automated # . They need to check before just handing me order. Other then that nice place, nice dressed waiters I mite try it sometime.
I ordered tortilla soup, it took FOREVER to get someone to take our order.... Even longer to get our food. The tortilla soup had good flavor but it was barely warm.I would give them a second try, but if I got the same service I wouldn't go back.
We were just there this past Sunday and had a great experience!! We have never been but my family has been. Food was delicious and the service was great! Is now one of our favorite places to go - we will be back!!
I have a street tacos they were very very good. The waiter and the staff were very pleasant and friendly great place to take the family.
The service was good but food was average. Prices were a bit high for quality of food. Bathroom was dirty. Overall at best it was average
