Food was hot, which is nice. Can't say anything bad about this location.
The soda machines were flat, and nobody was listening. Everybody spoke Spanish I don't even think an English word was spoken behind the counter, I could hardly understand the Spanglish that the lady taking the order spoke. My burger was cold, and soaked in vegetable oil to make it look hot. The fries were dark greasy cold and wrinkly. Never again.
Today’s visit to grab some sausage McMuffins for my work breakfasts was a poor one. I got there just before 11am and placed my order and dutifully waited until I was at the last window awaiting my order. Young man stuck his head out the window to ask me to pull around to the front to which I said I politely decline. There was already 2 vehicles around front waiting but this location I refuse to pull around because the space to do so is so narrow and drivers are crazy. I’ve been nearly hit before so that’s why I politely decline. The young man smiled at me in response but it was a creepy smile. A few seconds later a Hispanic lady came to window to tell me to pull around and I said the same thing to her as the young man. I politely decline. She tells me since I am ordering breakfast after 10:30 I have to pull around, to which I confusedly reply, I don’t have to do that. So her response was to say she was calling the cops. I was confused by this escalation, even with the other 2 cars in front of me still waiting when they had pulled around. So I sat. About 2 mins later a third young lady handed me my order and I drove home. Suffice it to say I will never be returning to this location.
It's McDonalds and I have only been to the drive thru. Only once have I had to pull around to the front instead of getting my food at the window. Fries are sometimes cold which is annoying.
This McDonald's is the worst one I been to . If it wasn't the one closest to Coweta, I would never go again . They leave you at the drive-thru for like 25min and then park you for your food for another 15 min. I can say the staff is very nice just the wait is horrible!!!
Every time my husband and I go through the drive thru same woman will be rude and snotty, and make it difficult for us to order. I take it has her being lazy. She lied that she couldn't take in our drive thru code, which again a lie. I refuse to go to this McDonald's from now on because of that ONE employee. I get that no one wants to really be working at mcds and deal with difficult customers.. but all we want is her too actually do the job she is hired to do. I could care less about the attitude but I just want her to actually listen and stop making it hard on us as the customers..
It’s getting really old that y’all keep putting the fake egg on my McMuffin!! What does it take anymore to get an order correct? I’m already giving you my business!
They did good on the burger, a little on the slow side and could hardly understand the staff.
My husband picked up McDonald’s on his way home from work. He got home, and we didn’t receive half of our order. We tried calling multiple times, but nobody will pick up the phone. I have called the McDonald’s office to speak with someone for this terrible service.
Worst fast food experience slow waited 30 min and still didn't get it right
