If the food wasn't hot and fresh I would give 1 at best. The lobby was dirty, the bathrooms were pretty gross with no working soap dispenser. My wife said the toilet paper was just laying on the ground in the women's.The service was lack luster at best. They were fast. I'll give them that, but I will not be returning...

About 30 mins to get food then it was missing fries, apple slices & one of the burgers was made wrong as well. For the hour we were not one table was wiped down. The store manager spent 40 minutes straight only scooping fries, so he has no ideal what’s actually going on. The people at the front were at least nice enough about the mix ups and did get them fixed. You could tell they were probably just as annoyed as me about the wrong/missing parts of the order.

They're being rude to me and I don't want to be working there

I paid for a shamrock mcflurry and there was no shamrock syrup. so they did not refund me or tell me they was out. I ask for them to make me a m&m mcflurry and they wanted me to pay them for the m&m's witch is only 40¢.

This is the best McDonald’s as far as customer service. They are so busy at times so mistakes can happen, but it’s as much my fault as it is theirs if I miss it. They have been so friendly in those situations, and I appreciate that so much.

Waited 10min for my order and they still got it wrong employees touching there phones, headphones in there ears, and face without washing there hands right after nasty food Poisoning isn't a joke. Also were in a pandamic still... health codes need to be looked at more and all the cooks in the back Is illegally here in the United States they use old employee socials to hire them...

Fish sandwich was the size of a slider in most respects but tasted good. Frys were unchanged

Picking up order the guy did not say a word to me for like 8 minutes. His manager came along and was asking why it took so long. Normally employee will greet me and ask what name or # is. The guy was silent. Then went outside to give order to drive thru. Finally he finished bagging the order and sealing just sitting and I saw the tag # and he handed it to me. I literally could have took anyone's order he didn't even verify the #. Terrible customer service one of worst experiences I've had with McDonald's picking up.

After getting my order from McDonald’s, and taking some drinks of my frappe while heading home, I arrived home and after a while I saw a whole mouse in my cup. Look closely you can see it, it’s not small. Absolutely disgusting, completely unacceptable.

This location continues to decline. After a very serious issue of the manager yelling at customers, the owner did reach out and apologize. But my most recent visit was another disappointment. After having to reorder my food several times because the girl in the drive thru couldn't understand my words, I still got my entire order wrong.
