Gave up and just left after spending 20minutes in the drive-thru, being offered the wrong food, food that had been in the car behind us and still received the wrong order and was argued with. Not worth it.
Staff is beyond rude and acts as if the customers are stupid. As a former McDonald’s manager, I know good and well what a professional manager should do at the bare minimum rather than to bark at the customer. Also, what’s the point of having staff who don’t understand a word of English perform customer service? What a waste of money this place ever was to begin with
Seriously the worst. Customer service is horrible. Rarely get orders correct. Today I had to go back for chicken nuggets they forgot and the guy in the window yelled curse words at me like a child as I drove away from the window AFTER he was the rude one, acting put out, asking for my receipt and then not even looking on the right half of the receipt for the nuggets (reading skills questionable).....the receipt was folded...??♀️ Super rude, stay away!
They almost always forget the sides for the kids meals. We haven’t been given apple slices in the kids meals at least 5 times. This is the first review because I was giving them chances to get it together. I’m reviewing because it just happened for the 5th time.Come on guys.
The door says please wear a mask but neither drive thru employees were wearing one... also pulled up waiting for one small frap and 5+ cars behind me drive off with their food. One of them with a frap.. not sure why I had to wait so long on mine. Got my 3 and 6 year old out of the car and went in to get my frap and left meanwhile the rest of my food getting cold. Not going back to this McDonald's. ??
The two younger boys in drive thru need more training. I was accused of lying and was asked for proof that I order a chocolate milk for my child! Literally less than 2 minutes after I ordered. How did he not know?! It comes with the kids meal! I had to show him my receipt!! He even asked the cashier at the first window to make sure! How stupid. I was also given a tiny iced coffee instead of large then was told to pull around and wait 10min for my Dr Pepper. They weren’t busy at all. It was 9pm and there was no one ahead of me before I ordered and only one car behind me. The car behind me was also told me pull around and wait for their soda. Ridiculous.
Worst Mcdonalds! Nothing is Ever right. Wait 20mins for one 10piece & a mcchicken. I got a 10 piece for two lil boys to share. Get home & theres only 8. Asked for no lettuce on my mcchicken & got one completely plain w. a very stale hard bottom bun i couldnt eat it. I asked for BBQ & i got ranch. I order mobile & they tell me to just drive to first window no need to stop to order, then today the dude tells me i have to stop at the voice box. Literally every time its something with This mcdonalds. Just This One. Unfortunately its the closest to my house. Ugh.
If I could give them negative stars I would. I placed a large order and received my happy meal for my child with no nuggets in them. I declined a receipt when I paid because I don’t like wasting paper. When I called to notify the manager on duty they told me they could not replace the order without a receipt and hung up. I called back and asked to talk to the manager again and when he came to the phone I asked for his name and he hung up. After repeated calls back to the store they would not answer. I will be contacting corporate regarding this.
Tried door dashing orders here quite a bit and EVERY time they either sent me the wrong order, gave me my order over 15 minutes after it was supposed to already be delivered, or forgot to make it all together. Employees NEVER apologize for the wait or their mistakes. This place has screwed me out of a lot of time and money. Literally the poorest managed McDonald's I've ever been in. Will reject all orders from this store for now on.
I order from doordash and this is the only McDonald's that will deliver to me. I've never had a good experience from here. They always forget something. The last few times, they didn't provide me any sauce for nearly 30 chicken nuggets for me and my son. Once they forgot a whole happy meal and I had to reorder.
