The staff were fine, the fries were fine. The quality of the burgers nowadays is absolutely dreadful. Their "angus" patties are literally no better than their normal ones. I used to go to McDonald's alot for work lunch all the time for years, the past 2 years every McDonald's has had very poor quality beef patties. Nowhere even similar to what they used to be. On top of that, they bring in meals like the Xtra large big Mac, which was pretty good when it came out, just to get rid of it like 3 months later. Idk, I was hoping this location might be different but it wasn't.The burger quality is just abysmal. But maybe that's just how it is in this economy these days.Just disappointing when I'd rather spend $8 on a burger from Magoos than $8 for basically nothing from here.

Fries dark brown re cooked 5th time we been there they always forget something worst McDonald's ever then when I told them they forgot my nuggets they acted like I was a liar and when I showed the receipt the got upset like it was my fault they can't do there job my opinion go to any other McDonald's
very rude manager. didn’t catch his name unfortunately, i know they were super busy. he was hispanic, maybe late 20’s early 30’s. i guess there was a problem with their spinning rod for the mcflurrys and when i expressed my concerns about the presentation of my food, he walked off saying “i don’t have time for this”. just some food for thought, even if the customer is wrong, you should try and make each conversation and experience meaningful. maybe explaining it to me in a peaceful manner would’ve made a huge difference. the girl at the window was okay and tried to help as much as she could. but overall, a bad experience.
Only one car in the drive thru when I pulled up, waited 5 minutes, no one ever came on to take my order so I left, won’t be back
Don't know what happened to this McDonald's but today lunch was very disgusting, my cheeseburger was cold, and hard like it's been sitting for awhile, soda drink tasted like water, fries was cold,my food went in the trash can. The service wasn't so pleasant...
Ordered only 2 mcdoubles, had to pull up and wait and they never brought it out had to go In, I mean cmon it's 2 burgers.
Horrible customer service, got order wrong 3 times. When it was mostly right they still forgot several things. Along with the horrible service the manager was yelling at us and told us we were wrong and tried to make us leave after paying and not getting what we wanted.
Have been sitting in the drive through Line for a hour now with a car still in front of me worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen obviously needs better management
I pulled up to this “24 hour” McDonald’s to order breakfast. Waited for multiple minutes, hollered at the speaker, honked my horn, drove around the building in case that speaker was broken and tried again. No one answered. All the lights are on and multiple cars are in the parking lot which I assume are employee cars. I don’t ask much, but if this is the level of service I will go elsewhere.
