This place made me wait 10 minutes for a hot mocha. Once they gave it to me, it was lukewarm at best. I then went inside, where they laughed and talked on their phones while I waited for someone to replace my room temp "hot" mocha. When they finally had time to deal with their customers, their coffee machine wasn't actually working. So instead of telling me that so I could order something else, they just gave me a cold coffee. If you've ever had a cold coffee that wasn't supposed to be cold, you know how disgusting that is. Absolutely no consideration for their customers.
Bro she got my order wrong in the drivethrough.. said hey it’s wrong.“Okay I’ll correct it just pull around”Pulled around to pay, repeated the wrong order, again I told them it was wrong and gave them my correct order.Another 5 minutes, they said they’ve corrected the order after I told them another 2 times. The drive thru cashier literally just tried to steal my change and the “manager” victor could have cared less. When I asked the cashier for my change he gave me a penny, my change was .60 so the kid has no right to work the window and I wouldn’t doubt if the “manager” was in on it and split what they make. You might laugh but .60 cents for a few hundred drive thru orders would add up but I’m sure the cashier knows this
Put sprite in free water cup and didnt put ranch or toy in the happy meal
Employees need more training with the app! I ordered and used Apple Pay when I came to the window I asked if I can add a side of Big Mac sauce cause app wouldn’t let me. She rang me up for a Big Mac meal but wouldn’t answer when I was trying to tell her. I get to the window and try to explain and she just shoved the receipt at me saying I ordered online. I said I know but when I came to the window you added a Big Mac on accident not just sauce so now you charged me for a whole sandwich ! She said no you ordered it on the app so I can’t do anything. I’m like what?!! I say just never mind and get my food and nothing I asked for in the app was added. No ketchup or anything.This is the receipt where she added a Big Mac and then my app to show I didn’t add that.
Do NOT do an APP PICK UP ORDER on a Sunday night! I've been waiting over 30 minutes for 1 Big Mac cookies & drink. Meanwhile I'm watching everyone in drive thru ger their food! I got my order & they gave me fries instead of cookies. I've lived & learned my lesson.
The cashier was struggling with English and understanding my order. When I received my order I did not have the hashbrowns or my pancakes or a straw for my drink. When the person with me ordered they did not ring up her free drink with her order. The cashier blamed it on my guest 'ordering wrong' and refused to correct the order. I know I saw her hold up her phone with the code and specifically say "I want the same drink order as him but with different food items" the deals on the app aren't worth all this hassle and still not even getting the food items I asked and paid for.
It wasn't good. The fries didn't taste good and they weren't hot. I asked for extra onions for my burger, they didn't give me any onions

They just went through a renovation and the place sparkles. Food and service are excellent. The parking lot and drive thru layout are better than some other locations.
