This particular McAlister's messes up my sandwich EVERY time I order from here. Then look at me as if I'm in the wrong. Literally the last 3 visits to this restaurant. I so mad for giving them another chance today. I ordered two McAlister's clubs, one with no veggies or cheese and one regular. The regular sandwich looked great, the other was half the size, half the amount of bread. I asked about it and was asked if I wanted more "extra" bacon. The second sandwich is half the size of the first. The upsetting part is how they handle it when I mention my order is wrong. It's time for me to make a corporate complaint at this point.
The address in the website takes you to a neighborhood and not to the restaurant. Also, when you finally find the restaurant, they have no curbside parking so hopefully you can find a parking spot. Worst experience ever!!
The second time I ordered food through the app from this location. The jalapeño crunch sandwich was missing many ingredients, the jalapeño chips were not included in the bag, the side of fruit was not what was pictured online instead it consisted of 6 pieces of fruit… overall, it was not worth the $36+ I paid for it! It’s unfortunate that the staff seem to only care about the components of the menu items when you ORDER INSIDE or EAT INSIDE. Otherwise, you get a thrown together meal that no one wants to eat!
We've been going to McAlister's deli for many years now we live close to one of them over the last 12 years and we're visiting more and more I'm saved my favorite is the McAlister club but there are many other sandwiches they're the delicious too highly recommend them and my wife loves their sweet tea were you able to get a hold of her
McAlisters is must go to- loaded country potato soup- hubby had a chicken sandwich! We love to go here- and I would absolutely recommend for pick up/ dine in- or take out! If your looking for some good food as always! Go to McAlister! Drop in!
Backed potato with steak was like it had been made hours before. Mac & cheese was a small small portion while being NOT creamy smooth at all. Tasted like a a horrible dry powder mix!
I love McAlister Deli but this one was terrible and the employees were hateful. I won't be going back to that one again.

Great customer service! 5/5 STARS. I come here so often and they’re always so nice and kind. The girls at the cashier register always smile and make me feel so welcomed. Needless to say, I ordered a soup and wasn’t my favorite, and I talked with Brad, one of the managers and he was so kind to replace it for free with a different soup. Highly recommend it!
