Pure dough. No way was it even in the oven for 5 mins. This location has given undercooked pizzas to us in the past recently but this time was so doughy we had to throw it out. Not sure if they’re understaffed, need to retrain a new employee or if their oven is broke. Any which way, I hope they figure it out soon. This was no bueno.
Was a little upset that I specified the location for pick up and they sent my order to a totally different location
This location has burned my pizza the last 4 times I have ordered here. They burned 2 cauliflower pizzas on 2 different occasions and an order of pepperoilis the next time and this last order, they burned a regular medium pizza. Either the employees need to better training, or the oven needs an adjustment. I've never had issues with other Mazzio's Locations but won't be coming back to this one.
Very average quality of pizza. Delivery was prompt and order was correct. Price seemed high but not outrageous.
Ordered a pizza and some pasta. App told me 55 minutes. I showed up at 50 minutes after and by the time I got home with my food (3 miles) everything is cold. So glad I waited an hour to get cold food. First and last time coming here.

This place is a joke. Nowhere does it say that you can’t go inside to retrieve your food, but when you get here you find out that it is drive-through only. So you have people in front of you that are just now ordering their food while yours has been ordered for 20 minutes (like the pick up time stated) and is turning into a cracker under heat lamps. So, if you order takeout here and it says 20 minutes you might want to leave right away because you will wait in line for at least 20 minutes..
My preferred scene for Italian food. food was so tasty. i'll return friends next time.
My first time to order from Mazzios in years. What a disappointment!!! The pasta was fine because it can sit in its container and still be tasty. My Calzone however was dry and tough! It will be many years before I forget this experience and order again!!
