The ice cream here is decent but the service is terrible. I visited this location almost a month ago and it was not a pleasant experience. The ice cream was terrible. It tasted like it melted and went back to frozen , the service was average though. I tried again today. I want to give them a second chance and also I love to support businesses in our community. The experience was worst. The girl who was mixing my toppings started arguing with me when I told her I didn’t order that topping. My daughter had similar bad experience when she asked to taste a flavor the girl was uncomfortable with her request up to the point that she kept asking”what do you want?”. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because my husband was served properly. I guess the girls who were mixing our orders had personal issues that’s what I want to believe instead that they had issues because of our race. They didn’t seem having any problems talking to the clients next to us. I personally not going back to this location in a long time.
Employees do NOT wash their hands. An employee came in off the clock with her hair down getting cookies for herself and her friend with her hands! She did not wash her hands. I told the manager and ALL she said was she as an employee. She has ABSOLUTELY NO care in the world. No telling what all that person touched before she got there and the tongs were right there beside her. Health department is being called!Ice cream was melted as soon as we got it. Definitely isn't worth the $20 I paid. Won't be going back. Braums is definitely better.
The ice cream is delicious. It's workers who don't want to serve black people for me. Everytime my family goes they will beat around serving us. It's ridiculous and its racist!
Probably the best ice-cream i’ve EVER had , also great service and the workers were very kind.
I like this place and I would go jus for this drink . But they don’t make it anymore ?? so there’s no reason for me to go back. If it does return if it’s seasonal can someone tell me.
First time I’ve been here!! After I understood that all the ice-cream flavors are plain because of the myriad choices of add-ins, I was excited to get exactly what I dreamed of in ice cream cones!!! And. YUMMO ??????
Friendly staff, they were pretty busy but the guy behind the counter was so patient while we helped our 6yo order. Super yummy, a very nice visit. Will definitely be back!
Enjoyed the ice cream. Plenty of flavors to choose from. The selection of add-ons could have been better and most of them were mislabeled.
They don't even have the ice cream they are advertising. If they don't have it they could at least put upba sign. Instead of someone asking for it.My husband asked for the cool mint oreo while I was taking care of our baby and he stepped away to hand our daughter her icecream. The lady handed the mint ice cream and didn't even mention there was no one's in it.
We don't buy ice cream anywhere else anymore. Unlimited toppings ❤
