The only reason they are getting one star is because at least the door was unlocked. They had no pizzas ready and I wasn't greeted for 10 minutes. A door dash employee left because his order wasn't ready and he was tired of waiting for it. Our food took twenty minutes to cook while the employees were cussing and taking personal calls in the kitchen.
I bought $60.00 worth of pizza, bread, wings and pop. The employee handed it to me and ZIPPED into the back without asking if I wanted cheese packets or seasoning. If she said thank you, I didn't hear it. I was the ONLY customer in the place. I grabbed a couple packs of parmesan and a zip pack from the side counter. Food was great, just a little short on customer service.
BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I order online and arrive 5 minutes after I’m emailed to come pick up my order. I get there & my entire order isn’t there. I wait 10 minutes on someone to come to the front and ended up just yelling to the back hoping someone would hear me. Moments later a woman comes out and tells me they forgot I ordered wings but they are making them now. I asked how long the wait would be and the cook cusses at her for asking. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & not to mention the place is filthy. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
Always a great low price choice for a quick meal. Only 4 stars because the professionalism of the staff is hit or miss and causes most of the delay of orders

This store has been declining for a while now. Rarely have pizza ready, ordered with the portal a few times and it wasn't ready when I got the email saying it was. Crazy bread has always been good so they have that going for them. Hopefully it gets better. The store is in a good location.
Why did they close early two good days in a row? I WANT PIZZA before dinner time
