Standing in the lobby waiting for pizza because of course they never have any ready. All I hear from the kitchen is loud music with very vulgar language with every other word being the “Fuck.” The young lady at the counter is very sweet and professional but she couldn’t hear what I was saying. Had to repeat my self due to the volume. That music will turn anyone away.
I don't know what they did to their crust... but it's not very good.. tastes dry and is very thick compared to same chain locations.
Amazing food and service! Definitely recommend!! I see other reviews about sudden wait times but the important thing people need to understand is that it's a very busy store! I think they do great!
Won't be ordering from here again. And from the looks of the 10 other people in the lobby, they might not, either. Put in my online order an hour before pickup, and I've been here 40 minutes so far past pickup time.Update: my pizza's had been sitting back there for 35 minutes, and I took them home cold. Not gonna be back.
My mother ordered delivery online from this location and our order went to the wrong house. Now I know that is through door dash but we tried to contact this location. But the number didn’t work. We tried to call the corporate number. Doesn’t work.The next day went to the store and tried to get another number or the number to the owner of the franchise but the guy I talked to kind of blew me off. Pretty terrible service.
I Orderd for delivery tonight never got my order status said delivered but not to me I tried to call store phone number no answer i had to leave feedback email to see if I get my refund The order was to be delivered via Door Dash I called them they cannot trace order or call Lil Ceasars rest.so I will wait if I get my refund cancel my acct here Cesasrs and Door dash not first time had a problem with Door dash delivery those empolyees are not very helpful so bye LIL CEASARS AND DOOR DASH

Last 3 times I been here there’s always a waiting time of more than 30 min. And this is just for a simple pepperoni pizza perhaps change the name there’s nothing hot or ready about this place.
Ordered ahead an hour. When I got there, my order wasn't ready, Waited over an hour on-site.Received pepperoni cheese bread that wasn't cut.Was instead a pepperoni cheese loaf. With a lake of tomato sauce in the middle.Pizza was wrong too, specifically ordered "no sauce"Got So much sauce I couldn't eat any of it. Ended up throwing it in the trash.Waist of lunch money. ?
I had come by for a lunch special and it was undercooked. Owning my own business, I understand how things can sometimes fall through the cracks. I contacted them and a new head manager contacted me and offered me a free meal. When I came to the store, she personally helped me and took care of the bill. The food was great and the customer service exceeded expectations. Keep up the good work!
