Like so many other businesses, it seems there was a shortage of workers here tonight. We saw only three, all in the kitchen. There was no one at the counter, nor were we acknowledged. Finally someone from the back came to take our order. Not even a smile. Feel bad for those who are working because they are probably overworked. However KFC just lost thre customers. We won’t be going back

Good food but manager is odd. Kinda arogant. Turned here in January 2022 and I think the guy that is taking the orders with the headset as high as a kite. You can kind of see it in his face but when you ask for ketchup and butter he has no idea I had to wait and finally figure it out I got no napkins in my bag I usually get a receipt he gave me no receipt it's like it was clueless.. By eating chicken without napkins Yeah so you lost a star maybe you can do better next time

This is absolutely the worst KFC in this area I ordered a 12-piece meal online for pickup with mashed potatoes and gravy mac and cheese and coleslaw and I received two mashed potatoes one gravy and a coleslaw no mac and cheese hard cold biscuits 10 pieces of nasty dried up old chicken and when I got home and called them to see if I could bring it back and they make it right they told me since I ordered it online they could not help me I would have to contact their helpline in order to resolve my problems I will never go to this KFC again
