lobby's been literally closed for 6 months. every other restaurant in the area has their lobby open. I'm not coming back to this place until they open the lobby.
Just pulled up in a company vehicle tall van, clearance is only 9 foot on the drive thru, I was unable to use it, I went inside and was going to order Togo, I was approached by a man behind the counter, when I told him I was unable to go thru the drive thru he rudly asked why not, I told him my van was to tall to go thru he told me it's fine I could just drive around. I'm sorry but not going to risk damaging a company vehicle, went elsewhere to eat, very poor service, could tell they didn't want to help. Will definitely not be eatting there anymore. All I wanted was a potato bowl... just rubbed the wrong was from the approach. Everyone else lobby are open and yours is till closed...
2 piece deal on Wednesday's with tax only 3.50 +/- great taste good location. Unlike sand springs location. Usually get sick at that one so I stopped goingKenosha st location... #3 meal. Asked for crispy and got original. Asked at window for catchup and didn't get it. Food was ok but my chicken breast had a horrible smell and odd taste. ???
Still the same KFC used to be good but they have went down hill haven't ate here in years doubt I come back anytime soon
I love on Mondays they have a chicken fried steak special for $4 you get a nice size meal! Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw.
The food was absolutely horrible. We ended up trashing it and going to Charlie’s Chicken. The chicken that was supposed to be extra crispy had hardly any crust/breading, plus, you could tell it was really old and had been sitting for a long time. It was soggy, chewy, and just gross. Plus, they got part of the order wrong. We will never go back to this kfc.
When the chicken is so greasy you can’t eat it that not a good thing. They apparently know also because they won’t return my message. To top it off they like everyone else have increased their prices however quality has gone the other way.
01/04/2022, at 7pm. Just ordered a 2 PC chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy from KFC in Broken Arrow on Kenosha. When returned home found Mac and cheese, a chicken leg that looked like it had been on someone's plate and had the crust pulled off...it was cold and dried our. The other piece, a thigh was soaked and dripping oil. Manager's attitude was to take up for mistakes and say, " have a good evening". No apology. I think businesses are closing as much due to lousey managers and service more than any other reason. After reading some of the other reviews, I think restaurants like this need their franchise license pulled. Maybe the owners would take more interest in their businesses.
I went to KFC specifically to get there Nashville Hot Chicken tender combo and what I got was three chicken tenders with absolutely zero Nashville hot sauce and no biscuit that is supposed to be included with the combo. I am severely disappointed in my experience.
I got chicken sandwich and its pretty good . The customer service was excellent
