I know the food is good because I've eaten here before this visit. That's the only reason I did not give them a lower rating. However, I stood and waited by the "Please Wait to be Seated" sign for 10 minutes. Numerous staff looked directly at me but no one approached. I realize it was a busy time but there were some empty tables. This was unacceptable, so I left.
I've ordered from this place frequently on the weekends. Today was the third time ordering the biscuits gone wild and didn't get the sausage gravy that is supposed to go on it. I will not be ordering from here again.
My daughter and I went today together for breakfast. The seat yourself sign was up and so we sat at a table. After about 3 to 4 mins another couple came in and a few minutes later a man came in and sat down. A waitress finally came over and asked both of those tables for their drink over and did not even acknowledge we were there. So after 10 mins of being in the restaurant we left without being waited on.
Walked in for breakfast on Father's Day around 9am, and although they were busy we were seated right away.Waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive -We got our drinks, ordered, and our food - fresh, hot, and perfect - was out about 5 minutes later!
I've ate at a lot of places and jimmys egg in broken arrow has the best service by far. I had a server by the name of Sydney which was very professional and friendly. My cup never went empty and she seem to know what I needed before I even told her.
Good food, good prices. And very fast service. My only complaint, there is no seats if you're waiting. They could get by with a bench.
The only thing can recommend are the cinnamon roll pancakes.Other than that, the food is bland. Absolutely no seasoning what so ever.The workers just look at you and don't speak. Luckily our waiter was nice.
I’ve never felt the need to leave a review but my goodness I needed to for this place! I ordered through DD and the food arrived like it was fresh from the kitchen , presentation was immaculate and the food tasted amazing. 10/10 would recommend the cinnamon roll pancakes !!
Food and server were great! The corporation though has a problem with coupons and rewards they send out. The system needs refining so it's not an awkward battle any time I want to use something THEY sent me.
Nice breakfast experience and our wait person was pleasant. Cute new coffee cups were Awesome ;-)
