First things first, I love jimmy johns, I love the bread, the quality meat, and of course how fast they make them. But I must say what needs to be said about this specific location. And, I say this with a heavy heart because I’ve worked in food before and I don’t like to bad mouth people, especially service employees, but tonight was the last straw. Many times in the past year that I’ve gone to this location, they have left things out that I ordered, given me the wrong items. I usually brush it off because accidents happen, but it seems to happen nearly every time I go here. And on this night, as I was ordering mine and my wife’s usual, the young lady kept cutting me off to read me the total cost even though I wasn’t finished ordering, and then when we got our food and went home we opened the bag to find our sandwiches warm like they had been sitting out for a while and the bread hard as a rock. One of my previous food jobs was in fact at jimmy johns so I am well aware that you are not supposed to let bread sit too long, it is to be rotated and kept fresh all day. So all in all this was the cumulative result of poor service over the course of a year. I’m sorry if I sound like a Karen but I have my limits. And as I stated before I love jimmy johns and their food, but please fix how things are handled at this location. I would rather not have to drive 30 minutes to the only other location in my area
A tad chaotic; not sure if it's a COVID staffing issue, but they seemed under staffed. Person taking orders seemed discombobulated; after asking a yes or no question, would question the answer given- though the answer was yes or no, depending on the question asked. Person running the cash register couldn't run the register, brought in someone who had working knowledge but neither offered me a receipt of what they had rung up.
Jimmy John’s is up there as one of my favorite Sub shops! I always know when I come here I’m going to get great quick service and a yummy sandwich! My go-to every time is their “Club Lulu” on wheat. Many people don’t know this but they have more than just one style of bread to choose from haha. Don’t forget the Kickin’ Ranch on the side too!! ?
I paid the extra money to get the giant sub expecting it to be giant and what I got was the same amount of meat of a small sub spread out on a 16” loaf of stiff bread the meat doesn’t even cover the whole sub and is one piece of meat thick this isn’t worth 5$
Ordered 3 subs very little to no condements on them, 2 of them were ordered with all veggies, but only had very little lettuce and almost no tomato. Why can't we rate things zero stars???
This was my first time eating here and they did not disappoint!!! I will definitely be returning!
