I have given this place chance after chance. I get it the world is short. I work food service but if you are running a place correctly you can staff it. I'm assuming it's poor pay and poor management with poor training. Open for mobile and third party delivery with zero signage. So I got to sit in line for 10 minutes before I couldn't order.
Good food at a better cost than most and awesome staff!!
Please put plastic "feet" or caps on the chair legs.There is a tile ceramic floor, and chairs with metal legs with no "feet" or caps on the bottom of the chair legs.When anyone moves a chair or chairs they produce a* loud screeching sound *that is very irritating which everyone in the dining room has to endure.PLEASE fix the chairs so they are quiet when moved and we can eat in peace.How long has this restaurant been in operation like this,and how many customers have made the decision not to eat there againbecause of this ?Thank you..
Got to the drive through at 12:13am... it is currently 12:32 and I am still in line... I have moved forward a grand total of 2 times. Yet there are 2 employees out side smoking...

Why does Jack in the Box have the best egg rolls in town? LOL. A Dr Pepper and big egg roll makes a pretty good lunch.
We went through the drive thru at 1:05 and the woman at the window was wonderful. She had short brown hair and glasses. She made me and my friend laugh. Great experience!
Jack n the Box left me and my son without food today, Thursday Dec 23, 2021. I arrived at about 11:15 pm and got in line on their drive thru and there were about 4 cars ahead of me. At about 12:00 am when I finally made it to their speakers for placing orders, the employee told me they were only taking DoorDash orders. At about 12:15 am when I finally approached the window I still questioned the employee why they wouldn’t sell me any food and he told me once more that they were only taking orders on DoorDash. I didn’t argue with the employee but, I just told him that they needed more staff. By the time I left Jack n the Box it was early Friday December 24, 2021. Jack n the Box needs more staff to run this business.
Ordered ahead and still had a ridiculous wait through the drive through. Food was fantastic as always.
If it wasn't for the long lines in the drive thru and the understaffing this place would get 5 stars. I always enjoy the food and the friendly faces here. I've been going here for a few years and they never disappoint.
