Came tonight and was a great time. Good hot breakfast and server Veronica was excellent. Made us feel welcome and not rushed. Place was clean and other workers were staying busy.
went to ihop with my daughter and girlfriend on mother's day. we were sat in a reasonable time, but our server (Caleb) was slower than molasses in winter time. we watch 5 other tables get sat and waited on, before we ever got to order our drinks. when we finally got our food it was cold. we questioned our waiter about the issues, and made B.S. excuses as to why things were so slow.
Had great service from the time we walked in the door to the end!!! Our waitress Victoria was awesome even told her manager!!! Food was great too! Strawberry crepes were sooo good.
One of the filthiest restaurants ever!Oh so hesitant to go past their door entrance.Dined w my sister who talked me in to being there. God knows Olive Garden, the new Mexican place close by and one of the others should have been our choice.Never again!!Pancakes were good, but thats all.I hope they were cooked in sanitized area of the kitchen... well maybe ?Anyway...please until they take pride in cleanliness I'm not going back w my sister or anyone!!! ??
IHOP is always good to me! I always seem to get good wait staff, and my food is always delicious ! The only thing I would have changed was my Bacon, it was a little to crispy for me. But others in my household like it! Thank you all for
Service excellent food not really hot when it was served. But I really like my food hot. Not everyone does. They were out of a few things but like everyone else is. People and accommodation is very suitable

Ordered delivery from the app. I'm already paying $5+ in delivery charges, then I get it delivered, missing an almost $5 shake, and my main entree was suppose to be crepes and they gave me French toast (I added toast as a side item). Basically paid $24 for 10 slices of bread and some hash browns. I was literally on debate about ordering from a different place beforehand and should've went with that.
Don't have very much employees. Im sorry you find any, everyyone is looking for help. My sister and I come here often. Sometimes food is warm, not hot. The coffee is great ?
Terrible customer service. My husband and I came in and immediately could tell no one wanted to do their job. We were not greeted at the door. We sat and waited patiently for an entire 25 minutes —no waiter attended us. It wasn’t until we actually asked a waitress (who was cleaning tables instead of asking if we’ve been helped or not), that we finally put in our order.When we asked the waitress why we haven’t been helped, she literally said no one wanted to take us and so she had to.We asked for a supervisor but no one came. However, we could hear workers in the back laughing and messing around, all the while we were wondering if we should stay or not.We just left because we felt so disrespected.
