We had a terrible experience with our to go order. Our order was set to be ready 45 minutes after we ordered online. When we arrived nothing came out for an additional 15 minutes. One of our pizzas had not been made. When I asked how long it would take I was told “ I don’t know”. That mattered in our decision making so after I pressed I was told 5 or 6 minutes. After about 10 minutes had passed I was told 2 more minutes and I said okay but if it’s longer I’m leaving. The owner then brought it to me and blamed me for being impatient when they messed up my order. He was rude and told me that pizza takes time and asked why I was timing it. He also said I was early which was also incorrect. Absolutely horrible customer service. We will not go back. ETA: Once we began eating we noticed that two of the three pizzas we ordered were incorrect. One of those was the one they forgot to make in the first place and that I had to wait on.

Honestly the best pizza in the 918.

love the staff!! great food!!

Being from Chicago I was cautious when they said it was Chicago style pizza I was pleasantly suprised. The sauce was zippy and full of flavor. The cheese was in abundance with a good crust. The cannoli was the best I’ve had outside of home. The shells were crispy with the filling with that yummy touch of cinnamon. They are stuffed to order so they are at their best when you get them. The church location is kinda weird. Could use some frank Sinatra playing softly. We will be back

The pizza was very good. The sauce had a good zip to it and the amount of cheese was good. Weird location and it is so quiet in the place. It does remind me of my home not quite giordanos but as good as it is going to get in Tulsa. Also….. the cannoli was the best I’ve had in a long time. The shell was crisp and stuffed to order The ricotta filling had that touch of cinnamon and was smooth and the nuts on the end made it taste like little Italy

The pizza is amazing!! Best pizza in BA hands down!!

Thought we'd try this pizza place (the trattoria location in broken arrow)Great service from the young new girl, like first day on the job new girl, and the young guy. We ordered a pizza, sat down, received our drinks. An hour later we were told our pizza burned. We had already waited an hour, so we simply asked for a refund, which we received. we will keep you all in mind. Hopefully we can try again in the future.

While I wanted so badly to eat some of their delicious looking food, I never got the chance. I expected a wait for authentic Italian food, but after an hour and a half asked about the status of my food (no worker had yet acknowledged us or our wait). Was then told it would be out “any minute, he’s putting the sauce on the ravioli”. Great, I’ll give it 10 minutes. The only person working the front room left to go work on a printer upstairs. We needed to leave for an appointment and simply wanted to pay and get our meals in to-go boxes. At this point a meal runner comes in and is speaking with a woman who had arrived 30 minutes after us, and leaves without talking to us. 20 minutes later, the man working the front room hadn’t come back and the meal runner returned for a different customer. We asked if our food was ready and waiting and she just told us she was sorry and only 2 of our meals out of 5 were done. We didn’t order deep dish, or extra large pizzas. One person ordered a small calizone, 3 of us ordered pastas, and the last person ordered a SALAD. To be ignored and given the runaround for 2 hours is so disrespectful. It would have been understandable had someone told us how much longer the wait might be, or what the status of our food was at any point in time.My mouth was watering for the full 2 hours; the food looked amazing, but this is by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

I’m stunned. The mozzarella sticks were very good, the Chicago Deep Dish pizza was amazing! This kind of pizza in podunk Oklahoma?! Oh, hell yes!I was definitely hungry & ordered the medium, should have gone with the small. This pizza took me back to downtown Chicago. It really is that good, and it’s heavy enough that you know you’ve eaten real food. The delivery to my hotel was impeccable.I definitely will be ordering from Franco’s again & again!
