A small is very small. Firehouse used to be 1 of my favorites. But prices have gone up and sizes have gone down. NOT GOOD

Absolutely delicious. Me and the wife absolutely LOVED it. It is a little pricey but definitely better than subway by miles. The staff is fast and polite and the building inside is clean. We'll definitely be back
I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered their new Cuban Bar B Q Sub sandwich. It was piled with loads of pork and Bar B Que Sauce, pickles and cole slaw just the way I like it. The taste was indescribably delicious! Ive been back three times now for the same sandwich. Do yourself a favor and try it out before they run out of pork which they sometimes do
Good subs and chili. The chicken and dumplings were not as good as the other food. I liked the blue whale mural inside but they ruined it by adding Catoosa PD in the picture with the firefighters. (Not ALL of CPD are terrible dishonest cops, there is maybe 1 good cop). As far as Firehouse Subs goes I would recommend to others but probably won't go back bc it wasn't so much better than anywhere else I eat.
The folks who run this place are very pleasant and the sandwiches are REALLY good. Repeat place for me when I am in town.

We enjoyed our sub combos (NY Steamer and Steak & cheese). Also had the Cherry Limeade and it was all good.
I got the Club on a sub with chips and a drink. The sandwich, chips, and drink were all great. Can’t forget the pickle, and the sandwich was warm. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. I will be back!???
