We ate here on a Saturday afternoon and there was not one other customer in the place. There were crumbs and food bits everywhere and not one table was cleaned off. The A/C was not working properly and was very warm inside. The girl that took our order started cleaning the counters with scrubbing bubbles, not moving any of the ketchup containers (that had open tops) on the bar and spraying it next to a fan that was pointed towards where we were sitting. The blackberry ice tea tasted like it was watered down and had no flavor. One of the soda fountain machines had water coming out of it going into a hole in the floor that reeked of mold. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled really bad like it hadn’t been cleaned, the soap dispenser was broken and had the clear pouch sitting on top of the sink. My daughter got a hot dog that looked like it was days old and had been sitting under a heat lamp. My husband got the Fat n Juicy burger. He bit into it (after following the instructions) and it squirted out burning hot butter all over his hands, burning his hands and mouth. There was very little cheese inside the burger. He had two bites of it and threw the rest out. I got the sweet Caroline without slaw - it was so greasy, I took one bite and couldn’t eat anymore. I tried scooping off the pork and trying it that way and still couldn’t eat it. The person that took our order didn’t bother to ask how things were or even say good bye as we walked out. The ONLY positive I can say is that the sweet potato waffle fries and maple aioli were good.
Very friendly staff, good burgers, but a little greasy for my taste (I guess they don't call it"fat guys" for nothing!) The building smelled a little funky, we agreed about it and they said it's the sinks, the building is super old. It didn't bother me but my wife couldn't handle it so we ate outside. The burger tasted amazing but I think I ate my week's worth of calories with it. I'm sure I'll be back.
Delicious!!!! Every time we go here we are never disappointed!! The garlic aioli is amazing, every burger we’ve had had hit it out of the park. Bring Fat Guy’s to Cleveland please!! I will run it ??
I've come here a fee times since they opened and I have always been impressed. The burgers are awesome, the helpings are generous and the amount if flavor packed into each item is just amazing!!The service was really good today and the cashier was very helpful. I just can't speak highly enough of this place!

The burger was sooooo good BUT OMG THE CHICKEN WINGS WERE SO NASTY. It tasted spoiled. Why would you put blue cheese on chicken wings and not put it in the description. it tasted LIKE VOMIT. Please remember to order the wings without the blue cheese. I DID NOT KNOW IT HAD BLUE CHEESE.
The burgers are delicious, and the fries are to die for, probably the best fries in town! And their sauces are so good too.
It was OKAY. Nothing to write home about. Way, way, way too much salt on my french fries. The hamburger I got was the Blu Cheese burger, way too gooey. No one else was in the restaurant. Waitress came out with my food in a bag. I took that not well. I won't go back. The ice tea was very good.
