We’re visiting Tulsa from San Diego and after two failed coffee shop experiences this morning needed a win. Went to Dutch Bros on Kenosha and had the most amazing experience here! The girl who helped us (didn’t catch her name but super sweet brown haired college girl) was SO kind and helpful and helped us decide what to order based on our sweet coffee preferences. She was patient and friendly, and smiled the whole time. The woman at the register was also so kind and friendly. And our coffees are AMAZING!! Thanks for the win, Dutch Bros!! 3rd times the charm - we shoulda started here!!
Just had the most amazing experience today. This was my second time here and both experiences were awesome. Today is my birthday and I got my free ANY size drink! The sweet girl that helped us through the drive thru was so patient and helpful. I pull up to the window and get a birthday “WOO” from the whole staff. They took the time to truly make me feel special today. Thank you Dutch Bros. ❤️
Went here for nitro and it wasnt that good. Not really creamy, more like just iced coffee. Got a large, which if you get just nitro isnt filled (charge me more and just fill it up so i dont feel like i got ripped off). Pic is just as received without taking a drink yet.My wife got a nitro with flavoring and it was filled to the top, but again, not that creamy for nitro.
I absolutely love the staff here!!! Bear and Hailey are just amazing!Not sure what the weekday morning cashiers name is but she's hilarious and so kind! All I know is her boyfriend or fiance (if she's not put a ring on it man) favorite drink is the carmalizer and she recommended the cocomoo to me. Like I said this team and service is beyond amazing!
In town on a mini vacation and googled coffee shops and gave this one a try! And so so glad I did! Hands down perfect coffee! And the girl at the window was super nice! Win-win! I'll be back, if I'm ever in the area! Dutch Bros over Starbucks anyway! #goldeneagle
It can get busy (especially since it's new), but it's worth the wait. The people there are friendly and engaging, the drinks are delicious, and who doesn't want to try a drink called the "Double Torture"? It's awesome by the way. Download the app for added easy of payment. Definitely a place to check out!
The employees were so chill. And very out going. I do wanna mention a issue though, for this location it’s not clear where you should exit or even to enter. It’s a bit odd at first, and when you park to order at the window, or doesn’t really show you afterwards of where you should go and exit. But I do want to mention that I did come at night time so I am not sure if it’s more clearer when it’s daytime out. But that guy who has ginger hair, such a sweet out going dude. I appreciate his attitude. And honestly, this place Is a MUST. ITS SO MUCH BETTER THAN STARBUCKS.BA HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS COME SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, it’s really way more better than Starbucks. You won’t know until you give it a try.Glad to know that there’s now a Dutch bros in town.Thanks to the people who were working tonight! Coffee is good. You can not pay from the app, they have the option for you to upload a set amount, and you give your order to a person at the duel drive-thru. I personally prefer to pay from the app.The duel drive-thru makes it confusing and if one lane is longer than the other, another customer can get to the window before you, however I have seen them bring coffee to a car behind the one at the window. You still have to wait for the person to leave.The wait time is what makes this place not worth it. Literally 10+ minutes waiting. Do not expect a quick coffee. There is always a line. It is not worth it unless you have time in the morning.Two stars total, employees are extra extra very very nice. To be honest, I wonder if it's because of the long wait time.
Found the day when the line wasn't as long and went through there and got my coffee (golden eagle). Hot coffee tasted a little salty later on I put it on ice and it tasted better. The worker at the window was dancing to some good music so that was fun!It seems that they are better at frozen drinks than hot drinks.
