Ooooowwweeee ?????? Now I see why the people up North go crazy over these puppies lol. Everything on their menu is delicious. From the Breakfast Sandwiches to the Donuts! I’m a big Blueberry fan and those Blueberry Donuts go crazy. Especially if you pop it in the microwave for a bit ? Go explore their menu and tell ‘em that Henry sent ya ?
This is the first time I have been to this location. I used to go to the OKC locations. This one is very small, the selection is very small too. I got a jelly filled and a glazed plus a small coffee. The jelly filled tasted like I remembered. The glazed donut was dry and not much glaze. The coffee was VERY small. I don't think I will go back anytime soon.
5/4/22 Went thru drive thru. Ordered coffee and bagel. They gave me my coffee and told me to go around and wait up front for my bagel. Lid wasn’t on correctly, spilled coffee all over my shirt. Coffee luke warm. Waited a couple minutes and car pulls up behind me. Another couple minutes goes by and they bring out the order for car behind me. She started to walk back inside and I asked her where is my order? She had no clue. She went to check, another 5 minutes goes by. They finally come back out and asked what I ordered. They lost it. Another 5 minutes, lady comes out who I assume was the manager, handed me the bagel and didn’t say anything!!! I would have thought an apology would have been appropriate or a free donut, just a dirty look. Management has been terrible at this place for a long time. The owner seriously needs to look at this. I’m from the Northeast, and the difference in service, timeliness in getting the order and the actually food is so different and better. Very disappointed and you have lost a loyal customer in Broken Arrow.
Donuts and food are always great but the consistent terrible service at this particular location prohibits me from coming back. I don't blame the primarily young adults with probably little work experience as the issue. I blame the mgmt. Who ever owns this DD should really evaluate who they have managing this store or they will be out of business. My order is usually wrong. More than once they had no donuts whatsoever so I left without purchasing anything. Ordered coffee once and received a food item, explained it should be basic coffee and then they gave me a green drink with whipped topping and I had to explain that was still the wrong drink. This is just one example of many.
Say it with me, it's not hard. I ordered a simple coffee with cream and a donut. The little girl tries to give me two different peoples orders, then proceeds to ask me what my order is 3 more times. Then calls out my order to the gentleman making the other drinks and calls out the wrong thing and I have to correct her yet again another two times. This is just ridiculous, I'm truly frustrated because the gentleman making the drinks was very focused , but the little girl at the drive through was not using her common sense today.
Went to get a few donuts on a recommendation from a friend. Got a dozen donuts fast and talked a bit with the staff. Preston and other staff were nice, had a good trip. Donuts were great aswell.
Told the girl we’ve never been and she looked at us like we were dumb. Ordered breakfast sandwiches and some filled donuts and water. Charged for the waters Filled donuts was a lie, had less than a teaspoon of filling Breakfast sandwich was just ok. First and last visit. Best of luck.
Would not recommend. We used this Dunkin to cater a baby shower we were throwing. When we initially called, none of the catering services mentioned online were offered. When we went to pick up our order, the staff was very slow in acknowledging their customers, and our order was incorrect. When we called to later let them know items were missing, there was no apology. We were simply told we could come and pick them up.Very unprofessional and a disappointment.
So I already ate the sandwich before I could take a picture, but I ordered a Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Croissant and it was so good my life flashed before my eyes.... so good.... The bacon is very sweet and the croissant is so soft and flakey... topped it off with a Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher and I was basically in heaven. I don't normally like breakfast sandwiches so this is just a major go-to every morning ???? Staff seems rushed a lot of the time but America runs on Dunkin what do y'all expect
Worst Dunkin ever! Burnt coffee, wrong amount of cream and sugar every single time! You might as well close then continue to ruin Dunkin’s reputation!
