Probably pretty inevitable this place becomes another empty building for rent soon. Employees were pretty rude to the people in front of me without a care in the world, the menu is lackluster and the food is below par, even simply ice cream, which is supposed to be their ‘specialty’. Far better places to go locally within a mile or two.
Dairy Queen is an awesome fast food restaurant if you want some ice cream with your meal. It is the standard Dairy Queen format of food so you’re gonna get what you get so don’t throw a fit. I like Dairy Queen Meals and they taste pretty good for what you get whether it’s a hamburger or hotdog. I really like the ice cream with the dip cones, blizzard etc. You won’t be unhappy if you come here for ice cream. If you like this review please leave it thumbs up so that I know really more like it.
I am really disappointed in the service here and it really is hard to put this review after actually never having a bad experience all others were extremely pleasant. The gentleman that took the order in the drive thru was extremely rude. My husband was joking around with him while paying for it and the man told my husband he didn't have time for this that they were closing in 5 minutes. He was still taking out money and the food was not ready so there was no reason for him to rush us the way he did then when he handed out drinks to us he basically threw the drinks in a drink tray at my husband where the shakes almost flips out of it and one side fall down. I was in shock because the gentleman was so hateful and then shut the window on us. Im so sad because I don't know that we'll ever go back there because of him . And the guy that we have always ran into before was so funny and kind no matter what time or what we ordered.
Two stars for the new caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard. No stars for the male that took my order around 5:30p today on 4/13/22. He got the blizzard correct, but completely disregarded the rest of my order after the cheeseburger confusion. I ordered a small fry and sweet tea as well. He didn't give me my total at the menu screen, he told me to pull up to the window. The lady at the window was nice. As looking at my receipt, I was only charged for the blizzard and cheeseburger. The bag I received had two cheeseburgers in it on top of that
Its all good but one think they dont have that Texas dont.Taco salads the greatest. Now the question isWhen are the oklahoma ones gonna have them?They also have tacos. The best!!
Even short staffed the employees and manager's there never seem to let it get them down. Gerald does a wonderful job running a tight ship with a skeleton crew!
Every business seems to be able to manage in a post-Covid world except this one. They must still be paying minimum wage because they can’t attract employees who will show up for work or make correct change. I hate to be so blunt but this particular location has been struggling for a while now which tells me that the management/owner has no clue how to fix it. Literally everything will go wrong on your visit. I know you love Dairy Queen just like me but don’t fall into this trap.
Service needs considerable improvement. Just opening the door without a scowl would increase by a STAR. When I got burned out in my business, I sold out as quickly as possible. The new owners did a great job. And I was a better person too. I know which one you are. There's no shame in admitting you can't handle retail. Do everybody a favor...
I would of give it 5 stars but my bread on my last visit was hard and tastes little old. Any other time I've been was great. Just little disappointed.
If i could give this zero stars I would. I realize and understand that we are desperate for workers , but seriously is this the best we can do? A bunch of sloppy, unprofessional kids near naked and acting like they are serving in a strip club! And THAT falls on management ! Will not be back to witness that!
