I honestly do not even want to give a single star. I called corporate (which the workers tonight wanted to call my bluff) and complained about service and poor poor attitudes. Sorry but 9pm and 830pm shutting off fryers is stupid when you close at 10pm!!! Corporate thought so too!Never will give my buissness to this location again!
I typically am a churches fan but the rolls seemed old and super hard and we kept having to yell to get our order the when I went. Maybe the speaker doesn't work well?
Terrible service. Everyone was rude. Took me 15+ minutes to get the wrong order and when I asked for it to be corrected I waited another 15 before I had to just leave with no refund because I was running late to work. Never again.
The food is adequate and consistent with other Church’s Chicken places that I’ve visited. I like that they’ve got that half gallon of sweet tea option. That’s a plus.The only real issue I have with their service was I’ve had to double check my order when they give it to me. They missed sauces once and a drink the other time. They were quick to fix it when I pointed it out, though.
I got lucky and they made the chicken tenders just for me. They were excellent. They were friendly, clean and the food was hot and good. But we all know that they are two different Church's. One, where the food is hot and fresh and the other where the food is old and good. The difference is a 5 star or 1 star rating. The Church's in Broken Arrow, in my humble opinion, is the best of all the 8 locations around Tulsa. I admit, I haven't been to the Sapulpa restaurant. It would have to be Armageddon for me to consider that location, Sorry. So in short order, if it's hot and fresh, it's delicious. If it's old and cold, its terrible, and it takes me a month or so to get the courage to try again. I hope this helps.
I came here for the first time last week. Kevin was absolutely amazing. He explained the menu to me and was very patient. He was very personable and I very much enjoyed his conversation. I left knowing that I would definitely go back just because of the awesome service I received. The food was really good and fresh too!! ????
Chicken was great not to greasy lie some places. Sides were a little small, but we're good also. Mac n cheese was yummy.
I was highly disappointed. Second time eating there and it'll be my last. Got a 2 piece meal. My chicken was so dry and tasted old. The chicken leg was good. But the thigh was terrible. My okra was burnt and tasted old. The baked mac and cheese was way to cheesy and it was giving to me in a clear small cup no container. And also outta of dr pepper. Sorry but I won't be eating here again.
Surprisingly Amazed!!! Went through the drive through & was asked to Please Wait, & about 5 minutes later someone came back to take our order. Then we had to wait even longer at the window to pay & get our food(2- 5pc chicken strip dinner box) with a sweet & unsent tea... All the food was FRESH & HOT & was delicious!!! I don't mind waiting if my food is going to be fresh !!! Definitely my BEST EVER CHURCH'S EXPERIENCE!!!
They were short handed, long wait for food and extremely busy..So if ya go in or through drive please be patient and dont get mad or yell at them cause it's taking awhile.. they are busting their backs to make sure you get what you ordered. Btw the food was piping hot and fresh. Would go in again .
