It's awesome that you guys lock your doors 30 minutes before close? I'm guessing brinker SoP's have changed drastically. Stuck in pouring rain with an employee and manager watching me with a locked door. Thumbs up!
This place has gone down hill since the former manager left. Slow service, tea was horrible. Seems they want to raise prices to. But everyone is doing that. My family won't be back. I'm sad to say this because, it was the family goto sit down restaurant.
worse food. my steak was bloody. manager did not want to talk to me after I throw up in bathroom.
Went in to eat dinner with my Husband and Daughter and her baby . She ordered the Alfredo with chicken . And I ordered the steak mashed potatoes with broccoli and we ordered drinks my daughter and I ordered dr. Pepper and my Husband ordered a coke and the girl brings us two cokes and one dr. Pepper I can’t stand coke and my Husband ordered a hamburger brisket with mushrooms and she brings out something g he didn’t even order . So he had to wait for 30 more minutes or so for his order and then they want to bill us 72 dollars and a tip huh no tip 72 was enough for all of them . First time ever going in there and won’t ever go back . I ask for A1 sauce for my steak three times and still didn’t get it so my daughter ask the bar tender for it . My Husband said that the burger was good and my broccoli was good and it’s a good thing that I don’t have high blood pressure cause the broccoli had salt and pepper all over it . They shouldn’t put salt on anything because not every can eat salt . If they want it let them do it . Not them in the kitchen
Food & service was good. Not quite sure how to describe the texture of the the steak for the fajitas. It had good flavor but it was kind of mushy I guess. Like it had been in marinade too long. It was still good.
Left before ordering. Restaurant was freezing...too uncomfortable to enjoy meal. Even hostess and buss boy were wearing hoodies and other diners had jackets on.. Place was pretty empty.
Unfortunately we were turned away because our party of 8 was “too large” to serve! Beware, this place is understaffed and unprepared to make some decent capital for this location. They will serve parties no larger than 6!
Awful customer service from the manager and hostess!!!! We had to leave before we could ever sit down along with other people who were waiting in line. The hostess did not greet us or look at us or acknowledge that anyone came in the door, she continued to tap on the computer. She then refused to let us sit at a table with a booth and told us “you can only sit where you are placed”. She told the two people in front of us in line that there wait had increased from 10 minutes to 25 minutes and the manager never stepped in or said anything when we left.

The lady that seated us was very rude and acted like she did not even want to be there! Everything else was great though. The waitress and the food were amazing.
