This location consistently misses details. If the problems weren’t consistent, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Four visits, each time something was off. Missing condiments that were specified on the receipt such as honey, ketchup, or chick-fil-a sauce. Most recently, our order was missing utensils and my wife was unable to eat her side order of macaroni and cheese before it got cold. I’m not sure what’s going on, but it detracts from the experience. You’d think if places like Taco Bell can get utensils and condiments right, this Chick-fil-A location could get it right too.
Asked why their playplace was closed and manager used the covid excuse instead of being honest they are tired of maintaining it. Also stated ALL playplaces are closed. Went down the street to McDs who had theirs open and kids having fun. Losing my affinity toward Chick FIL A. Glad Christian people work there but the smugness and arrogance at this location is steering me to Canes anyway.
I love they I can order on the app and just go pick it up. Always so friendly. Quick to bring the food to my car.
Love the food but not the long lines, altho they actually do move pretty expeditiously. They're kinda the fast food version of the cashier's at Aldi's. If you've ever checked out at Aldi's you know what I mean!!

Went in New Years Eve. They closed at 6pm. I was happy to see that their employees got to have the night off! Not a lot of business do that.
My husband & I stopped here to get a bite to eat after a very long day. I'd never eaten here before and got a very important phone call so my husband ordered for us. We got chicken chunks/nuggets & the waffle potatoes. It was great! We will definitely go back.
I used to love this Chick-fil-A so much, but it has really gone downhill. It has been a weekly family tradition for awhile, but the past few months it’s been cold, missing items, messed up, and over cooked. I tried to be super understanding and have never even mentioned it, things happen and fast food is hard. But tonight was the last straw when I discovered my salad that I curbside picked up had tomatoes that were completely moldly. Ew! I called and the person didn’t even seem surprised. I know everyone is short handed, but this is gross!
I’m COMPLETELY disappointed in this place. It’s definitely gone downhill in the past couple of months. We eat here pretty much every single day because this is all my granddaughter will eat. We always get disgusting fries. And this time she gets a whole thing of fries that are burnt. You should be ashamed of yourself. You’re wouldn’t want to eat burnt or cold fries, why give them to someone else.
It's Chick-Fil-A so you already know the foods gonna be hot and customer service is going to be A1. NOT TO MENTION, They give men/women in uniform 50% off in uniform. No one else does that. My SSG was able to food 5 of us for barely less than 24$.
