star chicken nuggets hit different love them but the drive thru workers are socially inept lol we ask for a drink and he gave us the fluoride stare for 7 seconds straight before he could come up with some kind of dialogue (we ordered the drink at the drive thru but the mic is awful) anyways star chicken nuggets fix any inconvenience tho on my momma. also one guy had an adult swim shirt and i liked it a lot
Went to Carls Jr tonight. The gal in the speaker was very friendly and patient. I ordered a single bacon beast burger and asked for only the cheese, lettuce, and the meat. So no condiments, onions, or tomatoes. What I opened when I got back home was a bun with lettuce, cheese, and tomato..... what?! NO MEAT AT ALL. So now I'm sitting here eating French fries for dinner. Check to make sure your order is correct before you leave this place.
We were charged more than what the prices on the menu showed. When we asked the general manager we were told the prices have gone up and she isn't aware of what price is in the menu. The drive thru window was then shut. No refund issued, no coupon for next time, no apologies. Wow. There used to be a thing called customer service. Guess I got spoiled by Chick-fil-A. I'm be going to Jack in box next door from now on.It's time we stand up to places life this who really don't care about our business. Let us take our business to where it's wanted. Locally owned or not. Let's eat where we wanted and respeced.
Says open till 11. Pulled up at 9:43 and they are closed. Then i called and they said 9:30. No one closes at 9:30. What’s the point of having operating hours if you do not operate during said hours?!
I know a lot of places are facing short-staffing and other issues these days, but this location really stood out for the speed and quality of service. The drive through lady was really pleasant and had a great attitude (Went on WED 2/9 at 4:30 PM) and she deserves to be recognized for it. I was in and out in just a few minutes, and I was pleasantly surprised by how courteous and smiling the drive through girl was.
2 of us ordered the big Carl. The meat was bland and there was not where anywhere near enough sauce on the Burger. Also ordered a starburger which was Mediocre. From what I could tell it was not busy sandwiches We're made fresh but still barely above room temperature.
Not a bad fast food place. Food could have been hot.

Hot Honey Hand-Breaded Chicken & Waffle Sandwich is genius…? Good flavor and very easy to eat. The Beyond Famous Star Burger is great too! You still get that charbroiled taste like their other burgers even though it’s only Beyond meat. Definitely should try!!
