My hubby and I tried this place today and we loved it! I ordered the classic cheesecake with all the peppers!Highly recommend this place if you want an exquisite sandwich experience. The sandwich also stayed warm for the duration of our lunch date ??Staff was very nice and wait time was appropriate.
Absolutely amazing sandwiches! And even better service. Staff was friendly and the owner was extremely nice. Will definitely be back to try more delicious sandwiches
I ordered two sandwiches. I didn’t check the bag when they handed it to me and when I opened the bag when I got home there was only 1 sandwich. This is the second time this has happened. We won’t be returning again. Lesson learned.
Cute place! Super clean. We ordered online & it was easy for pick up. Should have taken pictures of our sandwiches. They were good! Only complaint is there isn’t a full veggie sandwich. All veggie sandwiches have veggie Turkey or veggie chicken, which I wasn’t into. Other than that, no complaints.
The pastrami was very good. More importantly the front staff/cashier was excellent!
We love Capriotti's. Fantastic sandwiches and friendly staff. I was trying to order through the app for delivery. Couple things I learned tonight. Meatball sub occasionally disappears from the app, even though when you call they say they can make it..."it's just temporarily turned off". Why? Also, I was told if I ordered over the phone they can't give me the app coupon but if I drove there to pick up they could. Do they just need to confirm I'm not a bot? I just changed my order so it could be delivered but c'mon guys...get it together.
The food is always amazing, the only thing better than the food here is the staff always friendly and make you feel welcome.
The food was good, just $ 2-3 more per person compared to regular sub restaurants. The place is small. The employees were nice, attentive and helpful.
The sandwiches we ordered were delicious - the Italian sub and the Cheese Steak! But the sandwiches are not what has me writing this review. The friendliness of the staff was so refreshing Thank you for being so polite and patient with new customers!
