I liked the fish sandwich. Burger King had two for ten dollar special. We also got fries and a soft drink. It was all good. The French fries was a little too salty for me, but I ate them anyway. They were good. When we first walked in, I saw the manager disinfecting the tables. The seating area appeared to be clean. Two thumbs up. The crew making the sandwiches was fast.
Worst service not fastI work on elm would eat lunch here everyday if I would . Constantly waiting on them . Sometimes inside is open Sometimes it’s not . There always short staffed . Feel bad fr the workers who bust there butts here . As a corporate brand they are failing there good employees here .
Driving for Grubhub and got to Burger King at 11:55 pm, they close at 12am. I went through the drive thru and the employees said they threw my customers food away because it sat there for 20 minutes while I was on the way to pick it up. So instead of them preparing themselves to remake the order the same night they refused and said they would remake it the next day. Makes no sense. They knew they had someone on the way to pick up the order but decided they wanted to go home early instead. So now I got to miss out on nonrefundable time and money. Hate I even had to give them one star because they don’t even deserve that.
It was earlier in the year. A large sign near the entrancesaid Drive through only, but we went in. It was deserted . The help were not able to honor the two for the price of one coupon we had.Also, the last time that happened,the cashier actually paid for the 2nd burger for us!
Was not only the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food place but also the nicest and most polite experience! I went through the drive thru around 10:30pm on Wednesday 3/9/2022 and was greeted by a gentleman named Carl and right as he asked for my order I explained to him I have a hearing disability and couldn't hear him well. He immediately told me to pull to the window and he would gladly take my order. As I pulled up he pulled his mask down and stepped back fir both of our safety and health due to the Covid-19 scare. He spoke firmly and slowly so I could hear him and read his lips this whole time he had a smile on his face and never showed any frustration or impatience towards me. He took my order asked several times if I needed anything else immediately asked me to double check my order before pulling off. That there not only warmed my heart but also put faith back into me knowing that there are still good people out and take pride in their job even if its a fast food joint. That man Carl needs to be recognized for his great customer service and people skills and deserves a raise and maybe even a promotion. I will definitely be visiting this burger king more and hopefully have more experiences like this with Carl
The lines are always long at the drive thru especially since they don't offer dine in in the evenings. Food came out hot and everything was right just took a while to get
Fairly quick, the food was exactly what I ordered, the customer service was surprisingly good considering that they were short staffed to the point where they have reduced hours in their lobby.I would give 5 stars but the food wasn't very hot, I enjoyed it very much but it could have been warmer. As far as Burger King goes this is definitely one to visit!
Please! don't go here to this burger king on Elm on teen on cell phones pull up to the drive-thru the guy ask me for my order 4 times and he wouldn't say anything anymore then come back and ask me again he did this 4 times when getting to the window the guy texting on his cell phone instead of taking orders I told him that's why you could take my order right for texting on the cell phone he started it was the guys upfront. This site needs to be evaluated by the main headquarters
My daughter and I have gone in the drive thru and Anthony was working both times. He is such a sweet heart and always has a smile on his face. My husband is a very picky man with his food and always has a detailed order. They always get his food right! Thank you for making things a little easier for me.
Tasty bacon garlic & onion burger . Darn good stuff ! I will be returning.
