I never complain but we waited 40 minutes for our drinks. When we made a comment to the manager our food came out and then our drinks. The restaurant was NOT packed and other people were getting food and refills before we received ours. all we ordered was cheese dip and 20 wings.
Maybe occasionally it's ok but not too often to visit such lame place.Sauces are screwed up in the kitchen and brought out wrong with not admitted when pointed. When questions asked about menu - server do not know the content - unacceptable. Also goofy american version of brisket tacos , which was not made by Mexicans in the kitchen. Wrong version and not as tasty as my brisket tacos from my backyard grill. You can try Cheesecake Factory steak tacos - those are good but not best. And if cook made them wrong - they will never leave a kitchen and will be re-made because of QC chef knows what to allow and what not to.That's a quality of Cheesecake Factory. But nothing about quality here.Corn chips were not dried or fried correctly at all and not crunchy by 75%.Last visit was a total fiasco IMHO.They need to train their staff way better.Overall it's - blah blah - ☆☆ -
Been here several times in past and not too many problems. Food is alright. Today Saturday during PGA walk into the bar area and they were not showing the PGA championship. I waited for the bartender to ask to change a channel with no luck. Asked a server the same question will no willingness to help. So we left without spending a dime. . At the front I told the hostess about the experience and she said it was on in main dining. Loose 1 star per associate not willing to help. And loose 1 star due to the loss of gas driving to your poor excuse of a "sports bar area"!!
Great wings friendly atmosphere great service and oure waiter Damario is the best , he’s on point
The Food is always awesome service is too but the prices have just gotten too high I love the place but will probably stop going due to price.
When i got my boneless wings you could barely get a fork in them. I told the waitress i wasnt trying to be a Karen but they were dry as dirt. She brought me another plate. They were the same just smothered in sauce. Had a very nice waitress though.
Fabulous experience at the Broken Arrow location. My sister and I had the asian zing cauliflower and a grilled chicken caesar salad. We were pleasantly surprised by the food quality. The service was great. we will be back soon!
Challengers of Oklahoma came in tonight to eat for weekly dinner meet. 9 members , we had good time, relaxing feeling. It took awhile for our orders came in for us to eat. Variety of foods on the Menu too.
This visit to BWW was disappointing. They were busy we arrived. It was Friday evening my and my family and I showed up hungry! We were seated quickly on arrival and brought our drinks. Then we waited........a long time. It was 45 minutes after we ordered before we got our food. I expected to have a wait, but 45 minutes seemed excessive to me for hot wings. My daughter's drink wasn't what she ordered. That alone wouldn't be a complaint but we sat there for so long with just those drinks and no service to fix it. When our food finally came out, the waitress seemed rushed, I'm sure she knew we'd been waiting a while. All was forgiven. The food was cold!!! It wasn't even close to the delicious BWW I've enjoyed in the past. Hopefully this was a one-time thing. I don't know what was going on behind the scenes that night but I decided I'd write this review while I was there due to my frustration at spending $90 on a meal for my family and it wasn't a pleasant experience. Our waitress was apologetic and fixed us to-go drinks but it didn't make up for the rest of the stuff. To be fair, in the past they have been excellent, and I'll probably still go again sometime. Just not for a while.
I don’t know why I keep going here. Service is mediocre at best. They didn’t have some of the thing I wanted on the menu. I get it, it’s a supply chain thing but my wings were warmish teetering on cold and a couple of us ordered the wings with dry rubs and they put so much dry rub on them you could have filled a salt shaker after we ate with what was left on the trays. Way way over seasoned. Next time I’ll make a different choice to take my family out for dinner. There are definitely better options around the area. Do better.
