Braums is always good. It's one of the few places that doesn't seem to have junk filler in their meat for burgers, or at least doesn't mess with us like other fast food burgers do.
My husband & I got a to go order for there a couple of nights again. The staff member that took our order, got mine right, but my husband wanted his as a large order but got a regular size order. Other than that, the food was good.
This is one of my favorite locations. Service is fast and friendly. The grocery section is where I shop most. Well stocked fresh produce.
Braum's has been a great burger joint for the family on the go but there chicken has gone down hill and if you don't ask for crisp fries you get uncooked talking fries.. their chicken tastes like it was cooked hours ago and then just warmed up. I'll gladly wait for the chicken to cook..I don't want or expect you to throw me something out of a microwave! Do better..Update: I couldnt deal with it so I showed the manager and she replaced the sandwich. Just sad you have to say something to get something the way it should of came the first time. Uploading a pic of the new one also. Look at the difference!
Manager was great on the shift. Staff is lacking in customer service skills. Other than that the food and frozen yogurt tasted good.
Probably the worst Braums I've been to. Orders typically aren't done. Right customer service aren't nice. Seem to get an attitude when you ask for anything and not particularly clean when eating inside.
I've eaten here a few times during my military career, they're always nice and super military friendly.
I went to this Braum's store because it is close to home and I was looking for sugar free ice cream that was anything other than chocolate or vanilla. They did have more of a variety than I been finding, so I settled on Butterscotch and a box of cones..Was happy for the change of flavor.
Stopped in for dinner and ice cream with the wife and kids. Food was great and service was even better. The seasonal ice cream is what we all got for our sundaes and they were amazing.
Convenient and I was in and out with no problems we like that every thing is fresh
