This was the worst experience we have ever had at any restaurant. We stood in line to get ice cream for 40 minutes, then we waited 10 more minutes while they forgot our order and filled others that were behind us. Our daughter ordered dinner and ice cream for herself and 3 children and received it, ate it, and were still waiting for us before we got served. The young lady behind the counter was too busy talking to her friends and other workers ignoring a line of customers including us. There were 2 people we could see in the kitchen just washing trays. Finally an older gentleman saw that we had not had our order filled and apologized, asked for our receipt, then got our ice cream. He said he was supposed to have left 2 hours earlier. If this had been the only experience we ever had with Brahms we would never go back.
The last few times I’ve gone to this location they have always got my order wrong every single time. I ask for a burger with no cheese. I usually say plain dry no cheese. I don’t understand what is so hard not to understand burger plain no cheese. When I go to the window there’s always a new face so I assume this location has a high turnover. I understand theres a rush sometimes but even when theres no rush they get my order wrong. Other locations do get my order right. I just don’t understand what is so hard to give a plain burger. I feel like I explain my order specifically and politely every time but this specific location just cannot comprehend a simple demand. This is unacceptable. And the problem is repetitive.
I went at 6 pm on Friday. 6 cars in front of me in the drive thru window. They were quick, but my fries were barely warm. Burger was good. As instructed, they packed my drink with ice. Maybe it was a fluke, first time getting dull fries.
I got the Strawberry poppy seed salad with grilled chicken. I picked up a few groceries while I was there. Braums is so convenient.
In the throes of moving, no time to eat. By the time, evening rolled around, we were famished. Stopped at Braums on 145th and 91st. Ordered simple, just two triple hamburgers making it a to go order. Arriving home, both of us tired and starving found the burgers were like eatting solid salt. One bit, and the burger were wrapped up and we went to bed hungry. The next day, I took them into Braums and felt like, I was on trial. What ever happened to making things right. Even through, only one of the two hamburgers had one bite out of it. Finally, management agreed to replace it with two chicken dinners. About, week later I went to Braums to pick up the chicken dinners. Thus turned out to be 2 orders of chicken and two fries, not dinners. At this point, I am thinking "what ever"! Got home and believe it or not, they had forgotten the fries. This is the company that just keeps on giving out poor quality of service. I would highly recommend not to patronize this Braums.
My husband went to get us dinner and when he got home, my Strawberry Poppyseed salad was wilted, old looking, brown lettuce and I looked at the bottom of the bowl and it was expired. I called for the manager, 4 times and got hung up on and 1 recording and never got the manager. 2 days ago I ordered from the drive thru and got the same salad as I always do. I asked could you replace the cottage cheese with crackers instead? She flat out said NO we don't do that? Excuse me but I'm there every 2 days and yes you do to make the customer happy. I will be taking this to the manager in the morning. You really need to hire people that care or we all will be changing locations. The eating area is never cleaned and the icecream area is nasty looking glass over the icecream.
My very 1st time here at any Braums and let me tell you. It was very delicious.. We had the brownie ice cream with chocolate syrup and cherries.. Wow.. Mind blowing...Im kinda hooked on it now..
I used to love Braum's burger, but today I decided to try again... it tasted salty and yucky overall. So disappointed.
Fast service but make sure to check your order this location is horrible about forgetting things. LIKE FRIES and SAUCE!!!
One of the best braums unlike Tulsa every time I go here it's quick I don't even wait two minutes.
